I successfully ordered amazing flowers from Flowerrama once before and they were amazing. I tried in October again for my wifes birthday and was left on hold for 15 min and never picked up again. I called back and again left on hold and fortunantly Amazon Floral came to my rescue. I tried to order in February this year for Valentines and left on hold and even gave them my number to call me back and again I turned to another floral company to my rescue because Flowerama never called me back. Today is my 26 anniversary and I called you guys again for the third time. The young lady tried to look me up and with the phone open proceeded to service other customers, I was listening. After many "hellos" I finally hung up. Ill turn to another floral company yet again for my rescue and now you lost another paying customer for the third time. Im sure the business must be thriving to not want new clients and its unfortunate you guys were perfect the first time and then simply ignored me the rest. I wish you and your company the best and hopefully you dont drop the ball and ruin someones special day.

For Valentines day: My girlfriend works at a hospital near the Flowerama and rather than have a different company deliver the arrangement I thought it would be a good idea to get the flowers delivered from a shop that was much closer. I ordered flowers to be delivered to her at work and thought that since she had to work that she might enjoy them. The order was placed on the 9th, and my credit card was promptly charged. Its 7:12PM on Valentines Day and she hasnt received anything and I cant get through to them on the phone. Ive been calling since 4PM. They havent called me nor returned my email. I realize this is a busy day if not THE day for them however that doesnt excuse their lack of delivery or lack of customer service. Like I said, the flowers were supposed to be delivered to her work while she was at work. They shop is now closed and my girlfriends nursing shift is over. Totally and completely underwhelmed.

Much better places in San Antonio. I placed an order a day before for pickup. I gave them my mothers name as she was the one who was going to go pick it up and when she arrived they didnt know anything about it. I had to call in and talk to someone and explain to them what I had purchased so that they could find it. REALLY??? What kind of business doesnt keep track of the orders that have been placed AND paid for. Yes, I paid over the phone when I placed the order. I can understand a simple misunderstanding but the customer service was horrible. After I cleared this mess up over the phone and my mother waiting 45 minutes to get the flowers they didnt have the decency to even include a simple card to write a name or message. I would hope that after spending $140 for the best arrangement they have for sale that it would include a .05 cent card. Would never buy from here again!!!!

My son accidently gave them $60 for a $32 bill. The money went straight into the till. The money should have stayed out of the till until the change was processed. When my son told them that he had accidently gave them $60 - they said no he didnt. How would they know, they put the money immediately into the till. And a count supposedly "calculated" the correct amount of money in the till. Calculated means nothing - you either have it or you dont. My son only had three twenties on him and he had no twenties when he paid the cashier - at least they gave him back $40 (did not purchase flowers) but they kept $20. We will never deal with this business again! One star is one star too many!

I have used them a few times to send flowers to my mom, and they have been fantastic every time. The flowers are always bright, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Today I ordered an arrangement online, but they did not have the same colors of one of the flowers available. They called me to make sure using a different color was okay. I told them I needed them delivered by 4:00 (I had not put this in the online order comments), and they made sure it happened. The delivery person even called me after he dropped off the flowers to make sure that I knew they had been delivered on time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Trudy is the worst manager ever! I had my wedding this weekend and they messed up the entire order! They "forgot" two bags of flowers for the flower girls which we had to buy at the last minute from the hotel where the ceremony was. The center pieces were NOT what I paid for! Rather than apologizing, and giving me refund for the flowers they forgot" to give us, the manager left a vm saying, "you have a store credit." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Why in the hell I would want store credit when you NEVER gave the flowers on the wedding date when they were needed???

I would recommend finding a different flower shop. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my business. They tried to sell me the first cheap flowers on the shelf and didnt listen to what I wanted at all. I had to find it myself. I paid over $50 for a bouquet of flowers and got huffing and scowls when I asked if they could wrap it in a different color than what the staff pulled out of the drawer. Didnt get a friendly smile or attitude my entire time in that shop. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went in with the idea that I was going to purchase something off of the shelf, but I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I told the associate that I needed something for a funeral with pastel colors, and told her what my budget was. The associate asked if I had time and shed make something for me. She gave me a 30 minute time frame, and I told her Id return in an hour to pick it up. It was much larger and more beautiful than I imagined for my budget. Thank you ladies at Flowerama. I will definitely return for my floral needs.

Affordable, beautiful arrangements made better than the pictures! I ordered an arrangement to brighten up my friends day from out of state for same day delivery. The website had an error wen I ordered, so I called the store to make the order. The gal that helped me was very friendly. The order showed up same day as promised and the arrangement was more beautiful than in the picture I chose from on their website. Best of all, my friends day was turned around by those flowers and the aromatic smell that came with them. Job well done!

I know that Valentines is right around the corner, however, I felt their pricing was way out of line, price gouging is more the term I would utilize. I stated a specific price I wanted to spend and that did not come to fruition. So reading another review; it seemed that another customer felt the same way. Business is hard, however, creating a business with this type of rapport will eventually shut a business down.
