My fiance and I had an appointment with one of the florists for a wedding consultation. We spent between a half hour to an hour describing the arrangements we were looking for. The florist said he would email us an estimate of what we had discussed within the next few days. It has been over a month and this company never even bothered to draft up an estimate or make ANY sort of contact with us since the day we left their floral shop. This alone leaves me completely unwilling to give them my business--if The Floral Basket cant even get an estimate made out to me when my fiance and I are obvious potential customers, Id be terrified to think of what kind of service theyd deliver come my wedding day. Just like the previous poster stated, theyre horrible. Avoid at all costs and dont waste your time like we did!

Completely messed up a delivery for over a $100 in flowers. Ruined the occasion. I told them i would call back with the specific directions, and they asssured me they knew the place of delivery. So, they just googled it and picked the first address that popped up. I guess they felt lucky. They assured me the flowers would get delivered by 9:00 am, but received after 3:00 pm. When delivery is key to their business, they should get all the details and not try and make them up. Horrible.

The service could be better. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my mom. The box of chocolates never arrived -- and they were slow to correct the order. Maybe they shouldnt offer chocolates as an option. Thankfully, 1800flowers took care of me. The Floral Basket could take a lesson from 1-800flowers. As a small business, I would think customer service would matter to them. What a shame.

Horrible my fiancé ordered flowers for me and sent them to my job for vday and hey decide to have our security sign off and then they take them back. This whole thing went up to our HR because of their delivery ppl. This sucked my fiancé was assuming I didnt thank him lol when it was the florist deleivery who didnt know what they were doing and our security officer felt horrible.
