I ordered a gift basket through FTD for my fathers birthday. Unfortunately, the order went to this florist in San Antonio. He is ill and they are home all day, though are not always available to pick up the phone, so I had included my number in case there were any problem with the delivery. The florist did not even attempt a delivery because they could not "schedule it" with him, even though I had already scheduled it online. Then, when I called them, they said they could not attempt to make deliveries they were not certain they could complete "because of the PRICE OF GAS"... When I PAY FOR SPECIFIC DAY DELIVERY it is because I expect a reasonable effort to be made. I cancelled the order, because, personally, I expect a florist to recognize the importance of gift delivery on a persons actual birthday. Like most of us, I work an extremely difficult schedule and expect services like FTD to allow me to express my love to my family despite the challenges of time. GO TO ANOTHER FLORIST IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT DELIVERY.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my mother in laws birthday. She was home all day. The delivery person said they tried to deliver at 10:45am and that no one answered. I kept calling them to find out when they would re-deliver. They finally went back at 4:45pm. I was on the phone with her when they tried to re-deliver. He rang the door bell ONE time, then started to leave. It literally took her 10 seconds to get to the door and she had to call him back because he was halfway down the sidewalk by that time. Also, the flowers are pretty, but not worth what we spent on them. Will not be doing business with again.

I recently ordered a plant and flower arrangement and Pat was wonderful! Due to changes in hospital rooms and subsequent discharge, delivery was a challenge. They went above and beyond to track her down and made sure the flowers were delivered at home instead of the hospital! Great service, great people -- would definitely recommend them. And while I did not see the arrangement, I heard it was beautiful.

First time buying flowers online. It was actually frustrating that i couldnt get any answers for my questions. Until i came to this site. Jumped on to the chat with Laurie, and she was great! Had a quick answer to any of my simple questions without a hiccup. And the flowers.. dont get me started on the flowers. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! the "deal of the day" is no joke. Pat and her team have never disappointed. Their years of experience are obvious. From our amazing wedding flower arrangements to Valentines day, the bouquets are always beautiful and fresh. The flowers are stunningly arranged and always delivered early in the requested date. My wife loves getting them at work. Oak Hills Florist is my only florist and would never consider anyone else. We love ya!!!!

If I could give this company more stars I would!! They are the best, my flowers got where they needed to go earlier than expected. I used them a few years ago and needed flowers delivered fast, they were the only florist in town who granted me needs. I can not rave enough how sweet and kind they are on the phone, and still had my info from 3 years ago. Awesome job!!!

THE BEST FLORIST IN SAN ANTONIO!!!!! I have been ordering from them for years. I called them this morning for my wifes birthday. Spoke with Leslie and asked her to work her magic.
