Although the Arrangements are stunning, customer service and delivery does not match up to the quality of the arrangements. I ordered and paid for an arrangement for valentines day weeks in advance to be delivered no later than 5pm on valentines day. I even called that morning to double check the eta of the delivery. They said they would most likely be delivered by 5pm but if there was a problem they would call. Come 7pm flowers were still not delivered and i had not received any communication from the flower basket. Didnt get an apology or anything. She said they could "try" and get them out tomorrow. I told the woman to just cancel and refund the order since clearly they were not able to keep up with their business. I paid for valentines day flowers not day after. She said ok that she woukd process the refund. I asked her when i should expect it and she said 7-10 days. This Monday(2/27) almost 2 WEEKS from the interaction, i still had yet to receive my refund. I called and spoke to Amanda and she said she would "process the refund tomorrow (tues. 2/28)" I asked how long it would take to show up and she said "once i process it in the computer i usually shows up within 2days and you receive an email." Today (Thursday 3/2, 16 days from interaction) i check my account and email and still do not see any refund being processed so i call and speak to Amanda again. Give her the order number and information and she said she is waiting on the owner to approve it. I said that this was ridiculous and that they have had over 2 weeks to process this refund and demanded to speak to the owner. She said he was out of the office. I told her either submit the refund today or i would be contacting the bank and the BBB to report them for fraud and poor business practices. She said she would try whenever the owner got back. I told her i would be calling back every hour until this issue was resolved. I had already waited 2 weeks plus the week in advance that i had already prepaid i wasnt waiting any longer. With in a hour i finally received the refund confirmation email. After 2 weeks of constant calling and waiting it was finally processed. I dont live in San Antonio or this issue wouldve been resolved a long time ago. I do not recommended the flower basket if you plan on getting the item delivered or expect exceptional customer service. i WILL NOT be using them for any future arrangements

There was a mix up with the delivery of the flower arrangement I ordered. It was delivered to the wrong place and signed for by some mystery recipient. It was on Valentines Day which makes it understandable. Once I was able to get a hold of The Flower Basket, (being that I was halfway across the world) they were very kind, and understanding even though I was a little irritated. They got to the bottom of what happened and who signed for the flowers and they promised a fresh delivery of an even more beautiful arrangement for my flowerless girlfriend! I am happy with how they handled the situation. They even remembered my specific order and how they arranged it which means they are passionate about what they do and actually care for getting the best product to their customers!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I live in California and I placed an order online on Mexican Mothers Day (crazy day for them), and Then I called to confirm the order, I spoke with Edward over the phone after looking at some arrangements for my mother which they didnt have the one I chose, but right away Edward step up to tell me that he will created and personalize my mothers arrangement even better. The result was so AMAZING, my mother LOVED IT. It was such amazing experience I had. Amazing Edward always making sure that delivery times and arrangements charges were outstanding and original. Edward treats and takes each idea unique and personal. You will never be disappointed. I will always highly recommend this place and Edward.!!!! Thank you so much Edward.

*DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worst floral company that I have ever dealt with. The owner is a complete jerk and started yelling at me on the phone when I demanded a refund. As you can see from the picture, I order a set of Lavender Flowers and this is what I received! When I called the store and spoke with the owner, he told me that he was actually doing me a favor because the flowers he sent me was actually "more upscale." I definitely disagree and I told him to send me the flowers I had purchased. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came, no flowers. When I called him on Thursday he refused to talk to me. When I went to the store, he ran to the back of the store when I asked an associate for the owner of the company. Never again!

Im glad I found this flower shop. Today I placed my second order from them. It was for Valentines day and because I was the first order for Valentines for the year, I got a call from the owner telling me that my order will be valued close to $300 to include extras and a beautiful custom design bouquet! You can imagine how great that is! He said they do this every year for first orders for Valentines and Mothers day. So get online or give them a call. You wont regret it. They are also LGBT friendly which is awesome bcuz this order was for my gf! I cant wait to see it! I wont go to another shop ever again. These are my flower people. The Flower Basket is not very professional in the service department, I placed an order the day before Valentines, received a call saying the system was down but my order went through thats the payment of course. When I spoke with the sales person on the phone she offered an apology and said that my order would be delivered the next day. I requested that the delivery be made before noon, but when I called the next day the order had not been pulled and had no knowledge where to delivery, after pulling the order again said they could delivery after 5pm. Im curious how the arrangement will arrive. I would not recommend there business to anyone . Ruin Valentines for that special person...

Absolutely awful business. Ordered flowers for my wife for mothers day Tuesday prior for a Saturday delivery. Spent $100 got a email verifying my order but come Saturday there was no delivery. Nobody called nor did anybody at the business answer. In fact they use a call center to conduct their business. So try to go get a refund and everyday this week they have left before their posted hours of operation. When I finally do get a hold of them I would love to have a good conversation about ethics because my money sure is out of my account with nothing to show for it. Do NOT buy from this awful unethical business.

I was ordering flowers for my brother as a congratulations for the arrival of his new baby girl. Knowing that my sister-in-law was going to be released Friday, I rushed through the ordering process and mistakenly chose her release date as the flower delivery date. I called the shop immediately after noticing and Edward answered. He reassured me he would have the bouquet to the hospital, looking better than I could imagine, before they were released.He owned up to his word and delivered the most beautiful arrangement I could have ever imagined!!!!! I highly recommend this florist shop over any Ive ever used.
