While browsing the ratings/reviews, I did see a couple of lower ratings/reviews, but for the most part, most ratings/reviews were favorable. I took a shot with using this company and it came up a huge miss;a total brick. I gave the company plenty of time to fulfill my order or to tell me that we cant make it happen. After I received the email confirmation, I felt confident that my order was a go and that the delivery was going to take place (yesterday). On Saturday, I called to get an ETA and was told that all deliveries were to be made by 5p. Another call was made after 5p and was told that the drivers are still out and I will have my delivery made. I gave it until 9p and there was no delivery or a courtesy call. All that was left is an impression made on a 1st time customer who now has to call the company once again to request a refund. Yes, I know, why didnt I just go and buy the flowers myself....

I ordered a arrangement of flowers online to be delivered the next day. I found a good deal on a nice assortment and bought the "better" version since it included more roses. It was delivered as promised but my wife sent me a picture and it didnt look like the flowers I bought at all. I asked my wife to look at the picture of the flowers online compared to what she got. She said that it only had 5 roses but one was cut off at the head. So not only did I get the smaller version of the flowers, I got a damaged cheaper version. I sent an email to the store to resolve the issue but no one had the time to get back to me. I will not use the services of this store again. Im editing my review because they sent out a new arrangement and it was beautiful. I will use them again every year.

I need more stars! I called Julie with a last minute, must get there order, and told her designers choice. She designed an AMAZING piece and had it to the destination in less than an hour. The destination was close, but even so, amazing and I will use her again. Let got of FTD and Teleflora insta-designs and let an artist work. Julie was kind, helpful, gracious, and amazingly on top of things. And I spent a lot of time in the flower store my mother purchased when she retired from nursing--she prided herself on the personal touch and making things happen. Julie is cut from the same cloth. Artistic Blooms is a great florist with great designers. I cant oversell how impressed I am or how touched my friend was to receive such a beautiful arrangement!

I live out of state and keep this number in my file. I was so glad, as recently I ordered flowers for a funeral in SA. When I send flowers, I want to talk with the person who will design the arrangement as I want it to be personal and absolutely beautiful. Julie and the great group at Artistic Blooms never fails. She accommodated my special request to include a skate board in the arrangement. She went out of her way after hours to find just the right board and designed an arrangement that was not only outstanding, it was just the personal touch that embraced a sweet memory of the friend we lost. Amazing! Thank you Julie! You went above and beyond!

I am the worst at remembering my Anniversary, wifes birthday, Valentines and every other event that seems important to my wife. Julie and her wonderful shop Artistic Bloom have all that wonderful information saved and I get a courtesy call a week before as a reminder to not blow another special event in my life. On top of that, Julie remembers what my wife likes (flower types and arrangements) and always makes it wonderful. Julie at Artistic Blooms did an amazing job of creating an Irish cross from a picture for a funeral of my childrens grandmother. She talked several times with my daughter who wanted specific Irish flowers and delivered the most beautiful floral arrangement early to the church for the service. It looked exactly like the picture and she worked with our limited budget. I can not thank Julie enough for her outstanding customer service and will always be a customer of hers.

Artistic Blooms is fantastic! I walked in on their shop the other day looking for a desk plant on a whim and I was blown away by the excellent customer service I received. I wish I could remember the persons name who helped me. She helped me pick out a great plant, dressed it up with a nice pot and ribbon and was so friendly and kind. I have gotten a lot of compliments as people walk by my desk and ask where I got it. I will be telling them about your shop!

Highly Recommended!! This florist has gotten it right every time for me. I have used them 4 times in the last 6 months and instead my girlfriend has loved all of them. The flowers were big, beautiful and arranged perfectly. Funny thing is I let them make a suggestion as opposed to going by pictures and their suggestions and arrangements were so much better. Men- call, tell them what you want, and let them do their thing. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing!! Every time I call I give a price range of about $40-$60 (without delivery, which is never a problem because their delivery is exceptional, always on time) and I leave it up to them! Each time I receive the most beautiful arrangements, so fresh and colorful. I have used Artistic Blooms for birthdays, graduations and an occasional just because. They always get it right!

Excellent!!!! It is my wife and I 15yr anniversary today and i called to have flowers delivered. They took the order with short notice and they were perfect. She loves them. The price was a little higher than i expected but was well worth it. Thank you for helping to make the start of our anniversary day special. You guys rock!!!

Wow, quit frankly the owner provides the finest customer service that would make any "particular" consumer happy. Just communicate with her and tell her exactly what you want and she will bend over backwards to meet your expectations. I will keep her number on my cell and order again. Flowers were nice but really. ...the flowers I got for $60 Ive purchased a lot bigger and better at HEB beautiful flowers and vase I will no go back to this place $40 tall thin beautiful vase with two rows of roses in a swirl compared to this $29 arrangement I purchased at this location

Julie is AMAZING!!!! The arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. She worked with our budget even with our last minute changes and was able to deliver them on a Sunday. She went above and beyond and I will be using her again when Im in San Antonio!!
