Grace went all out for me to find the tropical flowers I wanted for a funeral. However, the family announced their request was different from my plans. I felt so bad about canceling the order. I was really taken by surprise that they didnt put up a fight to keep the order. My daughters birthday was the following week and she had to start teaching early this year. I decided to repurpose my order for a surprise birthday present for my daughter at work. I wanted to give Grace my business due to their work ethics. I have used Flowers by Grace for over 10 years. She has very unique ideas and I have always been pleased with their work. I am so happy that I was a winning bidder at the KLRN auction more than 10 years ago where she has been faithfully donating her services to support our local TV station.

I called to purchase an arrangement for an employee who lost a small child. I ordered my flowers and gave my fax number for a reciept. Flowers By Grace was quick to deduct the money from the account but after ten days of requesting a reciept from this business... I still havent recieved a reciept! Apparently the manager is never in the building and she is the only key holder to any A/P - A/R paperwork... they didnt seem phased that Id write a comment on Google either....

Every time I order flowers from Flowers By Grace She is a very amazing and beautiful person just like her flowers. I cant thank her enough for the perfect deliveries that she does on time & the attention that she pays to her customers. I specifically needed Roses delivered at 8:00am on a Friday and the shop opens at 9am. She personally delivered them herself with plenty of time before 8:00am. I recommend all Arrangements from her Shop. Wonderful.Wonderful.Wonderful!

I just called to order flowers from out of state for my mother-in-laws birthday. Im a total slacker and didnt have anything planned and requested same day delivery. They were able to accommodate and were so friendly and helpful on the phone. I actually had a great conversation with the person who took my order! Im hopeful the flowers will arrive today and be beautiful. If so, this will be my go-to florist from now on in San Antonio!

I was referred to Grace by another florist, who couldnt get my order done on time. Best decision I made. Grace was very personable and accommodating to my last minute request. She did an acceptional job with just a weeks notice. She made me and my daughter, the bride very happy. Our chuppah received so many compliments. It was stunning!! Ive used Flowers by Grace plenty of times in the past and they always exceed my expectations. Today I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday....and waited until the last minute. They not only got my flowers there super fast but they were beauitful and far more then what I thought she would recieve. They were fresh and well put together. Highly reccomended!!
