Both the store on Country Club and Hammer Lane have horrible customer service. They ran an ad on Saturday for turtles, and after going to the Country Club store only to be told that they dont carry them, and that we needed to go to the other store on Hammer. So we went out of our way, all the way accross town only to meet up with more horrible customer service, and to be told that they dont have any turtles either, that the ad was a mistake, and they might be getting some in, in two weeks. So I asked to speak with a manager, only to find out there wasnt one, but there was a supervisor who I could speak to. They young man at the desk phoned the supervisor that there was a customer who wanted to speak with her.... and it took her over 10 minutes to come down from upstairs and ask what I wanted....10 minutes! And then the guy who first told me this store didnt have turtles either said he would come back, because I had some questions, never came back. In fact, he went to lunch and never came back to help me, or the other people who were now in that area. Flabbergasted and disappointed by people who dont care about Customer Service anymore.

Great place to buy any pet supplies you might need. This store just went through a major product reset which allowed them to add so much more in the same amount of space. I love the new selection of dog food and fresh baked dog treats that my dogs look forward to every time I bring home a new bag of dog food. The staff is always there to answer all of my questions about food allergies and to make suggestions and best of all, they will even carry my 30 lb. bag of dog food to my car. Now tell me what other pet store in town does that??

Always prompt and seem to know about dogs. Courteous service and reasonable prices. Very large selection. Been shopping here for 15 years, 5 dogs now. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
