This is a decent regional mall with a solid food court. It appears to be a typical 1970s mall that has been through a few updates. Today, the updates hold up well and its an attractive mall. One of the main entrances was remodeled a few years ago with a style that I call "retro-Jetsons." I think it looks great! The malls has traditional anchor stores all connected by two levels of shopping bliss. There is a great play area for kids--one of the best Ive seen at a regional mall. Overall, this place has everything that a mall should. Lately, the whole area around the mall is just booming with retail and it has really become a shopping mecca. Rather than pulling business away from the mall, all the great, new shopping choices around the area seem to have given this mall a renewed life. It thrives as a shopping "hub" for the entire area. The selection of typical mid-class stores appear to be doing well; and the mall still looks great. Always a good size crowd. The seating in the food court may be new--not sure--but it looks great in a "Frank Lloyd Wright" way. Love it.

I paid to let my kid ride a "happy ride" 5$ for ten mins. The guy asked me if we wanted the cow or elephant. I said elephant. He knew it wasnt charged either. I could just tell. So I put my 2 year old on she cant reach the paddle thing so I got on with her and he basically told me I was too fat to ride it. Happy rides my ass! We told him it wasnt charged because it wasnt going as fast as the other ones. He yelled at us said you should had brought it back in the first place. He was very rude. When I asked for my money back he just kept shouting you should had brought it back before your time was up blah blah. He could had at least said ok and let her ride a charged one for a few mins. He was so nasty to us. I have never been treated like such at this mall. Ive been going here since I was a kid as far back as I remember. He ruined that for me. I hope someone gets rid of him. Teach him some manners and how to talk to people!

Das erste was auffällt: Trostlosigkeit.

Good for a walk if the weather is bad and you want a little exercise. I imagine this mall will be closing like several malls across the country that are succumbing to online shopping. The stores are mostly overpriced with only a few exceptions. Weve only purchased from "Shoe Encore" in the past two years. Oh - and I bought a filter from Sears for a dehumidifier, that i later found online for half the price. Sears looks like its ready to go out of business. There are more boarded up shop areas than open ones. The only reason we go there is for exercise. I guess when they figure out a way to burn calories doing online shopping, malls will be declared officially dead.

The security guards are a bunch of disrespectful punks... they definitely know how to insult a veteran! Seriously, insulting me in front of my son 3 yr old son who needed to use a bathroom. I was in uniform, taking my son to the nearest set of restrooms which were closed for cleaning, the guards followed me and my son like we were going to vandalize the place. When they asked and questioned me about my military career, they made insults - I guess they thought they were better than me for being active duty! The one who used to be a marine, is now about 90 pounds overweight. I grabbed my son, and left there immediately. I will never be going back to this mall.

I used to have a a booth some of the sales people and one of the managers are very rude to the customers I have personally had a run-in with one of the managers that threw me out of the mall for no reason the mall could be a nice Mall if they would hire some new help and give them better training the customers did not deserve that kind of treatment very disrespectful to customers and in turn that hurts the dealer sales this is the big reason I had left best mall and I went to Ohio Valley Antique Mall where the salespeople are polite and courteous and my sales have increased check out my booth number 109

Past its heyday for sure, this mall keeps hanging on. Truly a remnant of a bygone era, this mall is fairly old school. Its all indoors with four anchors arranged in a plus, two floors and plenty of storefronts. Being the only mall south of Cincinnati probably helps keep it somewhat busy, but there are more empty locations than one would like to see and the foot traffic isnt as dense as it could be. The newish food court location is a bit sparse but serviceable. I cant help but think about the 80s and 90s while visiting this mall, though, as it feels more like an anachronism every time I return.

Mall food court is beginning to get bad. The Chinese will kill you, the Japanese will murder you, and the Italians will just make you sick cause they dont wash their hands before touching pizzas. Its all a risk. McDonalds is good, just rude service from the older staff members. Auntie Annes pretzel place is good, but the staff seems very angry all day, and serving you a pretzel just fuels their emotional fire. Regardless, if you need a good laugh and a reminder of how good your own life really is, please visit the food court in Florence Mall!

Not the mall it used to be, but I still love it. The only things that keep me coming are JC Penney, and the orange chicken served at the Chinese restaurant in the food court. Call me crazy, but I sometimes go to the mall just to eat the Chinese food. I have been eating at this place since I was a kid. The orange, and bourbon chicken are the best. Pro tip: If you order the food in a take home box they give you more chicken... The mall is great though. It doesnt stand up to the Kenwood mall, but I enjoy its stores from time to time.

Its a nice atmosphere. Descent variety of stores. Designed in a way that makes it easy to get from one end of the mall to the other quickly. It could be nicer if they updated the features of the mall (facelift inside, add tech features that make it faster for shoppers to do what they want to get done faster, better variety of the type of stores in the mall would make it more appealing). These are just personal recommendations to make the mall better not criticizing because its a nice family mall.
