This poor mall. From what the gentlemen who sat next to me on a bench outside of Bath & Body Works said, before the recession it used to stay pretty crowded and had lots more to offer. When we were there (after 6 pm, I believe) there were maybe two or three dozen people. Two of them were a pair of middle-aged women powerwalking laps around the interior aisles. Has the department stores you would expect, and a few smaller shops, jewelry stores, nail salon, etc., just not a lot happening. I dont recall a proper food court, only an Auntie Annes cookies.

Not family friendly and truly we have NEVER went to a mall that didnt have a play place/ childrens play area. Today that changed all of that. It was a VERY wasted trip and sad as all 3 of my kids cried realizing there was no play area. Very VERY disappointed and soooo much empty space that could be a play area... which WOULD bring more people as parents like to go to places that make there kids happy too. You would bring business and lots more money if you invested in families more!!!

Richmond Square Mall use to be a great place to shop and hang out when I was a teenager, but over the years the places inside the mall have gotten really high on their prices and Im not sure if its just me but way too many smart mouth rude younger people in their now, the mall really needs some major improvements, new up to date stores, cheaper prices, and better security to control the rude people that come there.

Area 51. Dead zone... The mall has been dying off but it is slowly recovering. The inside has been remodeled and looks much better than it used to. Maybe if an event were setup there and pictures were posted, it might get a little busier? I think some people feel awkward as they walk around inside, it is like having the mall to yourself. Great if you start early Christmas shopping though, no lines!

The place has been cleaned up significantly. The environment is much better with the new owners. Still lacking in places to shop. This is due both to the size of the building and lack of interest in mall shopping. Sears location needs a new anchor store desperately.

Good place to waste time and reminisce about the good ol days when half the stores werent closed. I feel like more kids hang out there then adults, so that takes away from the experience. Most staff throughout need some fine tuning

Ive lived here all my life, the mall has declined badly, probably as many stores closed as is open, I remember when Spencers gift, ice cream was in the center, and bottom half Levi store was there, back then it WS nice

Remodel looks great!! Since they dont have many stores they have tons of room for really fantastic murals that depict Richmond Indianas history and local landmarks. Lots of local pride.

Used to be a good mall, but all the anchor stores are gone and basically a ghost town now. Good place to go for a walk indoors. Just not a whole lot of places to shop left there

Very small indoor mall, the smallest Ive seen I believe. Couple good stores, but other than that its depressing because its so small and not alot of people.
