I am sooooo disturbed. This dog wears his credentials wherever he goes and yet, my son was questioned at length about this dogs function while we were in Arbor Mall. The dog got sick and after seeing this, we were leaving the mall only to be stopped by security. I explained to the man that the dog had not been here a week and it was probably the difference in climate that made him sick. I told him the dog flew here from Hawaii less than a week ago. In fact, my son had to produce the Americans Disabilitys Act proving this dog is allowed on planes when the manager of security disputed the fact that they cannot fly on planes. He was also confronted about his dogs support duties and lack of training since the dog got sick. He was going on and on about his extensive training and how the mall does not allow certain service animals in the mall. I immediately told him he was crossing the lines of explanation about this dogs ability. PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THE POLICY stated to us by the head of security in ARBOR PLACE MALL, Douglasville GA so people can be aware that ALL service animals are not allowed even if they have the criteria. Also, this individual is a military elisted person who just wanted to let it go but me being his mother was outraged by their actions

I use to work at this mall and overall its great but the managers of stores are a DISAPPOINTMENT worked in star perfume (that is now closed)There was no supervisor no thing just the owner of the store. The other co-workers were bullying and harassing me.I told the manager and he basically told me to grow up.One of the co workers were stealing money and pointing the finger at me the police got involved and I told the manager to check the cameras...turns out the Cameras DID not WORK.I had enough and finally quit.the owner will not give me my last check till this day. Then the day after i notice my debit card was missing and when I stormed out I forgot my wallet. My co-worker stole my wallet and stated transaction on it.I tried to go to the manager of the mall and he said call the department of unpaid wages and make a report..i did for 5 months and NO answer as they are always busy.

Arbor place was great, stores for every type of person. But the biggest highlight for me, the movie theater in the mall. Very spacious, Ive seen movie theaters that were their own building that didnt have that much room, they have candy machines in the halls leading to the theater if you dont want to wait in the long lines at the counter. The food court in the mall wasnt half bad either, I didnt get a look at everything in their, but I saw a Chick-fil-A and thats good enough for me. The GameStop is a little small, but then again, please show me one that isnt. Im serious, if you know of a game stop that is bigger than an average sized store in a shopping center, please find a way to contact me with the address. The crowds are sometimes ridiculous but thats the story with all malls.

I love this mall!! I have lived 5 minutes away all of my life and it has never been better!! My only complaints are that (A) It needs to have fun things for teens. Little kids have a play ground, so what about us? (B) It needs to have Starbucks and a candy store again. It had these until I was 7. (C) The kiosk employees downstairs are very pushy. You have been warned. Also, to the person who wrote the review saying your family got sick playing on the playground, that cant happen if you have had been responsible and told them not to lick the play structures or their hands after playing. I have played there more than once when I was little and I never got sick. Maybe they were around a kid who had strep. Anyway, otherwise an amazing mall.

I recently visited Arbor Place for the first time which is off of I-20 in Douglasville, GA just a few exits away from Six Flags. Arbor Place has a very unique and almost whimsical architecture. The store options are vast from clothing retailers, home goods, restaurants, and a movie theater. There is also an indoor childrens play area. One thing I like that this mall has is a covered drive which is perfect to let people out or load up when its raining. I realize that Atlanta has a lot of options, some that have higher end stores, but if you are not wanting to deal with the crowds and traffic and the stores you are looking for are at Arbor Place, I would certainly recommend it.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This used to be the mall I frequented growing up, but unfortunately its changed. Dude the the low class people staffing the stores and security, if had too many bad experiences and my mother has also been threatened and thrown out by their security guard because Victorias secret refused to give my younger sister a refund on an item she had not even left the store with then proceeded to trow her phone. Even with a personal friend as the marketing director I was still unable to get a response or apology from any staff member. Stay away from this place like the plague

Went to watch 4th July fireworks, what I saw was a bunch of thugs and punks riding thru with loud vulgar rap music f this f that. Guys with pit bulls while on leashes were allowed to walk the the lot and face off until it got agitated they had to put one away. Finally I left early and on the way out was provoked by a guy who was looking to started a fight with a Senior. Hardly saw a cop in sight all night. There were families there, little kids running around, my god it was not safe and the city should be ashamed. I wont be back!

Its okay store. It has basic stuff mall should have however, if you come from place that is big city. This will not suit what you need plus mall tax is ridiculous for a small mall. If was mall like Saw grass mall in fort Lauderdale then it will make sense but tax there is less then one in the mall. But enough of me getting off toxic. Store they have are passable and they are finally update the store just stay way from sears you will literally feel you are back in late 70s.

The stores are eh, but I guess the location has something to do with that. Its not lenox or perimeter, but i dont expect it to be. The one thing I will not agree with is their no carry rule. There have been plenty of robberies in their parking lot yet they have a no carry rule on premises. How am I supposed to protect myself when I NEVER see security and theyve had plenty of robberies in the parking lot? Many of those robberies were with weapons.

This mall has some great stores. I do feel like it keeps steadly going down hill. I think it might be time for a revamp. Most everyone i talk with in the stores are nice. The mall still has a lot of relevant stores with great products. This mall is also a while away from me, so its not always my first choice. It does have a lot of food places and other stores nearby and its right off the interstate. So it is nice if you need something quick!
