ugh this mall has definitely got some problems and when i mean problems i mean lots of them let me start off by saying i love malls i really do but this one has got to be the worst and i live in Ohio so im not very familiar with it the only times Ive gone was with my two cousins and my mom because my cousins and my moms sister live near the mall so we thought we would go to do some shopping...but no! people act like theyve got all the time in the world to get every single thing theyve ever wanted which is alright but when your pushing past people in line and taking to long to pick out what you want it becomes a hassle and a disruption for other people. and people seem to have a problem with different types of people even if their out of town or not or even out of state like me and my mom are..yet they stare at you like your an outsider and heck you might be but your just there to shop no-bodys there to be in the popularity club. and the food in the food court needs to be better and more optional. i know this is america but this place needs to step up and treat others with respect no matter their race, religion, culture, or nationality, or family life. such a bad experience.

This mall is okay, but far from what it once was, back in its heyday. Gone are the water fountains and most of the interesting stores. No more Ruby Tuesdays or any other real restaurant, only fast food joints in the food court. There is no longer a pet store. Sears is barely a shadow of its former self, with a tool selection that has gone from truly incredible to slightly laughable in quality. My prediction is that Kennesaw State University will eventually own this property in the not too distant future. Just like the Outlets Limited Mall and BrandSmart properties. Maybe Im wrong and an attempt will be made to revitalize this mall. Only time will tell.

the shops are good for the most part. But on one end of the mall you get hustled. By the cart folks, make up, shirts and hats. If I wanted or needed that stuff I would walk up to the car to look at it and purchase it I dont need to feel harassed every time I walk down that in the mall. Secondly Im not sure whats going on with the outside but the mall used to look really nice and appealing either they need a new Landscape Company or they just dont care anymore they havent had pine straw outside in years have no weed growing up the side of the building shrubs overhanging the curves it just looks like a dump

Im so mad at the playground area there an age limit or supposed to be and they do NOT in force it . So my one and two year old children were being bullied and harassed by 8year olds. They tackled my one year old daughter and pushed her by the time I got to her they were holding her down. Im pissed they dont have someone in forcing ONLY up to 4 year olds aloud. I spoke up n parents threw a attitude and did NOT a thing. Then my two year old was getting pushed and pulled around . I took my kids out and will never return to this mall and I will warn everyone I kno dont go here if you have small children!

Went with the kids to the Mall of Georgia to het a phone charger and got a great deal at Brookstone on a great marked down model, great deal. Have not been here in about 10 yrs. and the Mall is really showing its age!!! The carpets were worn and faded, the benches and tables in the food court were cracked and very distressed looking and many shops were vacated. Probably a sign of the time with so much internet competition, but it was great to actually see and touch the actual products in person like at stores, such as Think-geek and Brooks tone, so I actually really enjoyed going there!

I didnt much frequent big shopping malls, but I like TCMs food court. Well blocked, open, but not too open, super high ceilings, natural light good by day, warm emitters by night, well kept, clean, nice tables and chairs, great vendor variety, just right. And, when i looked at my phone, Welcome to TC Mall app auto started. Perfect. Map in my hand, read my mind, super implementation of immediately useful information any visitor could use. That part was the coolest. I thought ok i need a map, looked at my phone, and it was there at the front page of my phone like magic.

Have been coming here since I was born....no really, no joking. I was born in Marietta, and my mom would bring me here as a baby.....so Ive seen the constant evolution of this mall throughout my lifetime. It has had its ups and down and constant renovation and facelifts. Not to mention the constant change of the shops here. You have your constant thought, Macys has been here since Ive been alive. Mostly a very good place to shop, though its becoming harder and harder to do so with all the traffic around this place getting worse every year. But go early to avoid that.

This mall isnt bad but its small and not much variety. Too many oddball startup stores with odd clothing. The food court would benefit from less Chinese food options (there are at least 4) and adding a couple more widely recognized, common places. Bathrooms are cleaner than many public bathrooms. They do pretty well, considering its a public bathroom. They do offer a playground for kids but you have to go during times most kids would be in school if you have a baby or little kid. On the weekends, its like an anthilll swarming with kids climbing all over each other.

Indoor malls crack me up for some reason. Every time I venture into one, I feel like Ive walked right back into the eighties. But as far as malls go and considering how so many are hollowed out on their way to closure, Town Center is a pretty good mall. Ill go there for my Pearl Vision appointments and occasionally to visit the food court but if I really wanted to do some shopping it would be possible here to find pretty much whatever I wanted. But it really gets down to why would I. I can find almost anything they have here for a better price somewhere else.

Nice to get out. Food court for the most part appears to have dropped prices but need twice the food court size and options. Belks had great sales. Pennys had lots. SEARS looked so low on inventory and staff. No trollys or golf carts in parking lots for shuttling. Dress and apperance of customers still reflects the economy that took down the world between 2000 and 2008 and that we have not recovered. Mainly teenagers and college age customers, a few middle age and limited seniors such as us.

I just feel like this mall is slowly going downhill. New stores like ThinkGeek are great, but then there are other stores that look unfinished or like they should be in a flea market. Also, this isnt specific to this mall, but I am getting tired of being mugged by the kiosk sellers. PS: I like flea markets as much as the next guy, but malls arent the place for flea market stores.
