I would like to start off that this is NOT a review for the entire Outlet Mall. This is for the Fragrance Outlet. Now this comes directly from the website: "Fragrance Outlet offers a variety of fragrances at affordable prices." I went shopping for some daily cologne. The staff was helpful and they did have a good selection. I found one I liked called Pure Red. I was told it was buy on get one free. I ended up spending $67 for the Pure Red and got Pure Bleu free. I do a lot of shopping online so I wondered if I could find it a few dollars cheaper elsewhere. Well it didnt take long to find where to save. Amazon has the exact same cologne in the same size 3.4oz, but it was only 13.96 and free shipping (no prime needed). I wanted to put this review up so no one else gets ripped off. Their return policy is 30 days unused and unopened. Well I had already opened up both bottles so thats on me for not checking sooner.

If youre in the Woodstock/Kennesaw/Marietta area, this is a place to shop with stores like Michael Kors, Under Armor, Charlotte Russe, Converse, etc. Its basically an outside mall/shopping center. A replica of Tanger Outlets but slightly larger and a scale up by adding in stores like Michael Kors and actually having an inside food court. I wasnt really there to shop, more so checking it out since I had heard of it from a Womens Expo in Atlanta a few months back. Whats so funny is that a had a small MK pouch (a.k.a. fannipack); I needed to use the restroom and thought, "Where am I going to place my phone, keys, and bottled water?" Bingo! As soon as I went inside the stall, there was a rectangular space to put your items (this was in each of the stall). Although I had a fear of accidentally dropping my items in the toilet since the space was above the toilet, its still a great idea!

This is a nice outdoor mall to visit on a weekend, or when you would like something to do. There are mostly clothing and shoe stores however, so if you are looking for any other type of stores you will be out of luck. The "food court" is small but it works and gives you an option to eat. There are a couple decent eating places in there. Lots of seating. There are however a lot of other eating establishments around the mall so you dont have to go to the food court if you are hungry. It is laid out nicely and everything is nice to look at. Its easy to get to and to leave from. I see it looks like this area is still building up but it could certainly use some more shopping centers around that area. Maybe a Whole Food or Trader Joes a Target, a Ross, Michaels etc... and certainly needs a MOVIE THEATER nearby!! Overall a good experience and an afternoon well spent.

This outlet has amazing stores, great prices, is big and you can find what you are look for, my only complain is the food court, one night I decided to eat there with my mom and my son, so I went to a burger place to order something, they have no option for vegetarians, just french fries, so I ordered chicken finger to my son and told the guy that had no patience that was for a kid, I thought the price is really jigh,but I ordered 2 teas as well, when I saw the greasy cjicken finger was for adult, so I dont recomend the burger place, they are rude and charge more. At same time my mom whent to the Café that is almost in front of the burger place, in the food court, she said a woman was there just using her phone and doing nothing, aftet a while waiting, the woman just looked at her and daid in a very rude tone " we are closed". But the stores I recommend.

The Mall itself is one of the best outlet malls in GA. Great shop selection, great ambiance and amenities. However, when there do NOT shop at Michael Kors. After spending $300 on a bag and using it for four months, it split in two places. The store told me it was due to normal wear and tear and therefore they would not guarantee it. "Wear and tear" after 4 months? I dont think so. Wal-Mart handbags last longer than that. BUYER BEWARE, this store does not stand by the quality of its products. Go across the aisle to Coach if you want a good quality bag that is backed by its manufacturer.

This outlet mall is very unsafe for families and children. Its unfortunate that the security staff is negligent and will witness cars speeding and choose to do nothing to address the issue. Seeing a car traveling nearly 40 MPH on the approach and through the crosswalk next to the Puma Store on 7/4/17 @ 958 AM, we had to nearly jump out of the way with our small children to avoid being hit. The security officer no more than 15 feet away observed this and chose it was more important to be on the phone than to preserve a families safety. Very unfortunate to have had experienced this.

Please avoid to go there 10 days ago they broke the passenger back door handle of my sub trying to steal our belongings wich we do not have any and we trying to contact the secury people there to ask them to show us the cameras to see who it was and they said they only have cameras at the fron of the mall and we were parking on the side . This happened at noon in a Sunday and we were parking at the 2nd. Parking space in the fron of the stores. Unbelievable. Please do not go there. Do not put your car, values and yourself in dangerous.

Although it has a lot of great places to shop, the parking situation is horrendous. Especially when its time to leave. Maybe during the week its okay but I dont Saturdays or Sundays it is a mess. Trying to get out is next week possible. They only have one exit and one entrance. That is crazy. However, the shopping is pretty good great places to shop. They just need two come up with another way to get in and out to alleviate the pressure of the traffic within the parking lot.

This is a great outlet mall. The shopping is outdoor entrance, so less like an actual mall. The mall staff is friendly, and most of the staff at the stores are, too. I especially like the Clarks Outlet. Although, I did walk out of Saks Off 5th without buying anything because the cashier chose to wait on someone else when we were next. Otherwise, The shoppes bathrooms are clean and they are friendly in the customer service center.
