I have seen a major change in this mall since its beginnings. I use to work for Richs, now Macys, back in 1976, which was a very long time ago. The mall was brand new and the shoppers were the elite and financially endowed. Also the residents were wealthy and prominent. Now, the mall has almost become extinct, and the visitors have no clue how exclusive this mall use to be in the beginning. Many stores folded under and new ones cropped up. This mall has lost its savvy and now draws a completely different crowd of people. It has lost its popularity and shoppers have moved on to much more intriguing entertainment because it was definitely a show back in the day.

I gave it four because it is a clean mall with decent security so it feels safe. They also have a wonferful asian spot to get terryioki and rice. Trust me you will notice because there is always a long line there. I dont like that they dont have a play place for my little one. I also dont like how i dont think i have ever found clothes that i like here. They have a macys which i shop at frequently but they dont have other stores that i like to shop at like mens warehouse. Its still a good and safe place to shop with your family. It is defiently a family environment. If they do have a play place then i have not found it yet

Greenbriar Mall has been an icon of retail and of longevity in Atlanta. The first enclosed mall in the city, opening in 1965, and the home of the first Chick-Fil-A, this mall is one of Atlantas best kept secrets. The mall shows its age, but wears it nicely, and retains some originality, and still has a Cafeteria, which is also a plus, thus when coming here I feel like Im in a mall that is the heart of the community nearby, and this mall is my favorite one in Atlanta hands down.

Macys, Burlington Coat Factory, Medu Bookstore, Catherines and Ashley Stewarts are some of the long-t erm retailers. The mall has a plethora of mom and pop stores, lots of trendy fashions and kiosks. Not the place to search for high end gear, but a good place to check for deals and gift ideas. Medu is one of the few African American based independent bookstores in the country.

I cant really criticize this place. It is what it is. There are a lot of stores that cater to the market of East Point and the surrounding area. There is a Macys and a Burlington Coat Factory. The mall is old fashioned but not really in bad shape-- underused and forgotten. The original chick fil a is here and that is pretty cool.

The mall has all of the expected stores plus a few extra, like Disney, a ceramic painting activity store (my g-daughter enjoyed this) and Build a Bear. The food court has a good selection for fast food and they have some excellent restaurants like Smokey Bones, Cheesecake Factory and PF Chang. The movies have 20 screens and I MAX.

A nice mall on the Greenbriar area with modest options. The surrounding location and several areas nearby are going through renovation, but you can tell from the nearby completed KFC and Wendys that they want the area to look better. However, If youre looking for more high end stores youd be better off going to another mall.

This mall is pretty basic. Has department stores & other shops. Basic level mall. Food court isnt that great. Not a big selection or variety of foods. Macys is the best thing going. If you are looking for a variety of brand stores or just a variety in general (shoes, clothing, boutiques). This is not the mall for you.

I know majority of viewers are looking for a mall that is the closest to them especially if you live south of Atlanta. I assure you that this mall has nothing you need. Aside from a few small boutiques, several shoe stores, the post office....and paying for your Ga power bill there is nothing to see here.

When I go out to the club or event, social activity, etc, I can always find an outfit, but this is a people watching mall. If you want a good laugh for free, just sit down and watch people walk back and fourth. The food court sucks so dont go for the food. This is a ratchet mall but fun.

Greenbriar mall is pitiful compared to a these beautiful malls like Lenox and perimeter. It is just plain ghetto and empty. They also have these very old and nasty shagged out stores that need renovations. They just need to break this place down and redo it as soon as possible!!!!!

Its an ok mall if you are lookinh for big variety and more popular stores that normally are in a mall this is not the place the burlington factory needs more clothing options and the mall needs more stores but you can find a few things here regardless

I absolutely love this mall is always nice and clean and they have a lot of great stores to choose from. I like going in balls like this that dont have so much traffic walking through the mall like Lenox Mall. Great location and you can shop in peace

I went to this mall on 7/22/17. The only thing good about this mall are the stores. The food court is a freaking joke!!! No variety at all! The mall is ghetto and ratchet! I enjoyed the store selections and thats about all that made my day.

I wouldnt advise anyone with a Charger or Chevy Impala to park your vehicle anywhere near this mall (Advice from the Atlanta police department to me). Security is a joke and crime near that mall is high. I will never shop there again.

So many rude and inconsiderate shoppers. The store employees are very helpful. If you are looking for urban items, its probably here. I hate the parking lot and never really feel safe despite the police station being there.

A good place for basic medium to low medium end shopping. Feels like a discount mall, not a recommended mall for those with medium to medium high end taste. Chic fil a is very popular here. Overall an OK experience here.

Not a lot of shops and department stores but they do have most of the basic stores, Macys, Champs, Foot Locker/ Lady Foot Locker, Decibel, Rainbow and more. Plus the food court has some good tasty choices.

A few hidden gems in the forgotten Greenbriar Mall. Authentiks was an absolute delight with the latest selection in mens urban clothes. Tony the manager was great and very helpful. Will visit again!

There is a variety of clothing and shoe stores. I can do my banking, go to the post office, pay my utility bill and grab a bite to eat. Its also not too far from home, I ride public transportation.

This "mall" really need to get a re-vamp. Besides Macys there is nothing but shoe stores and cheap clothing stores. The food court looks deserted. This place is really a sad sit to the community.

Greenbriar isnt a very large mall but it has a few stores that are worth checking out. Theres a Macys, Burlington Coat Factory, Footlocker, Kids Footlocker, as well as a Womens Footlocker.
