This mall has become the hoodlum hangout. Mall policies on kids & teenagers just hanging around are non-existent unlike the new Liberty Shopping Center. The security is a joke. I will not return unless something is done to make sure shopping is enjoyable and safe for everyone. I was at Kenwood tonight, 5-6 teenagers that werent shopping were walking around intentionally plowing into shoppers acting like they were tripping, even targeting women. They plowed into me and I immediately called the mall on my cell phone. The kids then followed me and briefly confronted me. I stayed away and they kept walking because they knew I called on them. Security caught up with them and shockingly only gave them a warning allowing them to stay in the mall. I mean seriously just a warning for teenagers that are intentionally trying to hurt your shoppers for fun? WOW. I called security back afterwards and they said they didnt keep hitting people so all they could do is give them a warning. I saw the kids again about 10 minutes later as I was trying to continue Christmas shopping and they started following me. I finally has to leave as I feared for my familys safety. I will now take my Christmas money to Liberty Center to shop, as well as all of my future purchases. This is the exact reason why brick and mortar indoor malls are going out of business nationwide and people are buying more and more online each year. People do not want to be harassed and threatened when trying to shop. I hope someone reads this and makes a change but I highly doubt that will ever happen.

I purchased one-to-one and made an appointment to have my files transfered from my PC to my new MAC. When I got to the store I had to wait for somebody to even talk to me even with an appointment. I called back the next day to set up an appointment to have some training on my new Mac. I was told that I could pick up my computers but nobody could show me how to use my new computer for one to two week. And I had to go on-line to make an appointment. Since they had my computer, I could not go on-line to do this and they said that they could not make the appointment for me. I told them that this was unaceptable and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the supervisor was too busy to talk to me. I left my name and number for a call back and nobody ever called me back. I thought Apple was supposed to have wonderful service. I fear that now that they have my money, I will not be getting any service.

I called 6 times to only have someone hang up on me. On the 7th time, I asked for a SB Card Reader for the I Pad and the cost. The young guy said they had so many in stock and could not hold onto one. My boyfriend drove down from Mason to be told they dont have any. Who doesnt know whats going on there. I called back to get hung up again and on the 3rd time someone asked me my name when I asked to speak with the Mgr. I was on hold for 18 minutes while store was closing calling from my boyfriends I Phone where I was able to leave a message because no one picked up the line from my cell phone. We have a desk top, laptop computer and 2 I Phones and now the I Pad. We should get better customer service than this. Lets see if the Mgr. does his job and calls me back to give me an reason why this happened.

Im really kind of torn between 2 and 3 stars... maybe if they ever actually finish the construction it will get better.... and change the traffic pattern.... Kenwood Mall, is a nice mall dont get me wrong... its a really... nice... mall.... As in youre not going to find any of your low end to middle end stores here. They have all the higher end ones here, with a mid level thrown in. Although I love that theyve added the Container Store and Crate & Barrel across the parking lot. People can not drive around this mall either. Just be wary if youre coming down Montgomery or Kenwood Roads. The holidays are especially atrocious when it comes to getting on the highway. If youre going to shop and want name brands, this is definitely the place for you, if youre bargain hunting... Id stay far far away.

Grade school kids could have done a better job of designing and producing this pile of crap. Its a great device but it only functions as a phone about half the time. Between AT&T service and these design flaws it is miserable!!! They will tell you they fixed it with a "bumper" hahaha Just another poor design flaw.....you cant plug in headphones or charge the phone without completely removing the bumbper....god forbid you forget to put the bumper back on after charging. Unreal! You can call apple and complain about their flaw in the bumper design but they just play dumb and act like they have never heard this complaint. BULLSHIT. They produced millions of them and they are ALL flawed. I AM DONE WITH APPLE.....terrible customer service, terrible P/R.

I have been visiting this mall my entire life and it has been fun to watch it grow into what it is today. Most of the time the restrooms are fairly clean, which the times the restroom is not clean is my only complaint. The main areas are always clean and people are kind. Store fronts are full and the variety of stores is great. Anchors are Macys, Dillards, and Nordstrom. They have designers such as Kate Spade and Michael Kors. Specialty stores such as Teavana, Kit and Ace, The North Face, Temperapedic, and Lululemon. They also have a selection of resteraunts such as Red Robbin, Cheesecake Factory, and Maggianos. Last but not least, of course they have a Starbucks. Over all A+ for this place always has it together.

This is the best mall in Cincinnati area by far and I love shopping here but there are a few opportunities. Yes this mall targets a more upscale customer, so if you want cheaper stores, go to another mall. The Macys and Dillards need to be purged, as they are old, dirty and sloppy. Dillards built a new store in Liberty, but cant provide a quality store in Kenwood, not really sure why GGP is ok with this? Macys should replace their store with a Bloomingdales or at least remodel. Only other complaint is the Food Court, the selection is fine but theres always groups of kids hanging out there and you can never find a clean place to sit.

I was told that to replace my under warranty optical mouse I had to make an appointment, drive to the store, wait to be called, then and only then could they tell me if they had optical mouse in stock. After spending $2,407.92 this is the customer service I get? The only real genius out of three that I have worked with at the Kenwood store is the gentleman with the scarf around his neck. ( Im embarrassed to say that I dont know this gentlemans name but he is incredible.) If you need help finding a computer or have questions ask for Specialist JD Macejko he is knowledgeable and professional plus great to work with!
