This was the mall that I preferred coming to when I was living in the area. It was always clean and well organized. The two story layout makes it easier on the feet while still having plenty of shops to choose from. Recently I stopped by while in town and was pleased to see that it was still being well maintained. One thing I really liked was that the family restroom had a smaller, child sized toilet. I wouldnt have cared much about this as a teenager, but as a parent with small kids, this really exceeded my expectations.

This is your standard indoor mall. Nicely kept and fully functional - pizza, chinese, subs and desserts in the food court with a really nice, gorgeous carousel for the kids in everyone. Small toddler play lot. "free" crossroads club-wifi never really works but on rare occasions and not much data from some major suppliers inside is my major complaint. They have some nice family facilities, mom and child areas and overall the place is nicely kept. Usually some fun vendors or activities going on inside.

Not just your average mall, but something slightly nicer, Crossroads is a good spot for the average shopper. Containing stores for all kinds of buyers, the Crossroads will get you what you need. Its absolutely nothing fancy or special, but certainly gets the job done. If you cant find what you need here, its in very close proximity to many other stores and such. Done shopping, but feeling like a movie? Perfect, because Celebration! Cinema is located right behind for close, and convenient access.

Its a fairly decent Mall. Its larger than quite a few of the Malls Ive visited in the Midwest. The Joliet Illinois Mall would fit inside of The Crossroads Mall. As far as the outlet Mall in Aurora Ohio its more spread out, but stores at Crossroads have a wider selection, and cheaper prices. However, it doesnt compare to the Mall of Memphis. I gave it a 4 because it lacks quite a few stores, and the music store is greatly overpriced.

A nice mall, but missing a few things. As mom with 2 kids, I wish they had a play area (most malls do) and a Gymboree (Crazy 8 is okay, but not as good). I also wish theyd have better food court choices. Currently, they have 2 Asian places (odd), a Subway, Sbarro, and Steak Escape. Likes: Double decker carousel, Teavana, Yankee Candle, and LOFT.

Work at boost moblie know the staff friendly very clean people come and go but the food court could use improvement and so could the middle escalators .try writing the ford company lol. But all and all its similar to river town. Except for the fact that it could use more food choices its a good mall in all

I love going here. Its big enough to be amazed and buy everything needed, but small enough that you dont spend hours just walking to a store. You can come here to shop, waste time, hang out, and grab something small to eat. The courtyard is amazing for kids with a carrasell.

I showed up early in the morning and had to use the restroom. Lights dont turn on automatically, so I had to use it by iPhone light which looks real weird. Bathrooms are barely usable. The ADA handle/bar was coming off the stall wall. Invest in your maintenance people.

A great mall for the area. The variety of stores are fantastic. Having a two story layout makes it easier to thin out the crowd of people since the walkways are smaller than what they really need to be. One of the cleanest malls I have been to in the area.

I havent really enjoyed this mall in a long time. They have taken out Pocket Change, Kalamazoos last bastion for arcade machines and entertainment and have replaced it with the cookie cutter stores found in every other cookie cutter mall across the state.

I belive this mall should have more options for food. It needa to add a restaurant and more fast food options it is all the same kind it feels like so when I go there our family has to drive somewhere else for food.

The food court is horrible! You cant hear the people you are talking to while eating over the screeching monstrous kids with disrespectful parents who do nothing about it and a mall management that doesnt care.

My girlfriend and I just spontaneously took a trip to kazoo to look for a white dress. We thought it would be a waste of time. However, we walked into a store and there was the perfect white dress in my size.

Really great selection of stores, but customer service is hit or miss. Also the female bathrooms are often disgusting., not because of the maintenance, but the people that use them have no morals apparently.

This was the place to be when I was growing up. Went shopping here with my daughter and you can tell age is catching up to the place. My biggest issue is how most all of the stores were clothing stores.

Rating Millennium Nails here. The place was dirty, the foot basin was disgusting. I wouldnt trust any of the tools they use here. I was going to get a manicure but decided to walk out after my pedicure

Its a typical mall, with the anchor stores like JCPenney, and Macys. The environment is clean, wheelchair accessible, especially with two levels. The food court has its options, for a quick bite.

I love this mall! I love the Burlington Coat factory, Macys, and the smoothie shop they have has good smoothies. Amongst other stores. Much better mall than Lakeview square in Battle Creek!

This mall is fine. The selection of stores is decent, the mall is clean, and there is plenty of parking. You wont find higher end stores here but all in all it serves most of our needs.

They just seem to cater to small and Pettit sizes, one can find a few sizes for voluptuous women bet they are not as adorable as the small sizes, just baggy, shapeless clothing. Sad.

Used to be a hopin mall. It still has many good stores, but sad to see it starting to go down hill. Several empty stores and starting to let in stores of a lesser caliber.

Lots of stores closing, but new ones open all the time in their place. Seems like nothing stays open here for too long anymore aside from some of the major brands.

Shops good. Not much public space to walk between stores-could be very crowded quickly. Weird hallway to restrooms with most of the lighting off-very creepy.

Mall it self easy to find, I visited JC Pennys, Dress shirts $40 - $50 just to wear to work ( manitory). To expensive. I walked out. Shirts cheaper at Meijer.
