Dont expect help for even minor car troubles. I was a shopper at the center until one day when my car battery needed jumped and I went to the offices and they couldnt help " due to insurance reasons" even though the security man was in there and had cables on his cart! A nice passerby was willing to help and the security wouldnt even give the cables to him to help! Unbelievable! My husband came in the middle of his workday 45 min one way to jump a battery.

Good selection of stores. Plenty of parking, but obviously will be crowded around the holidays. Also, has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. As with all strip malls/plazas, the stores are spread out a bit. Poor design of exit. Had to wait 2 light changes to get back on the main road. Otherwise, nice area.

The Summit is a fun place to walk around and go shopping and get something to eat. You could spend your whole day at the Summit and have a blast! From Express to Bed, Bath and Beyond, Five Guys and Famous Burgers and Qudoba Mexican Grill its a great place for the whole family!

I like to shop clearance at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and am starting to develop an addiction to Ulta. I also like the better book selection at Barnes and Noble. I have recently discovered Versona which I like almost as much as Charming Charlie in Lexington.

We love Paddock Shops! A bit of a traffic issue getting in and out sometimes, but you could spend an entire day shopping here. Great places for lunch and dinner... Starbucks... great stores. Its all here. Dont miss Drakes by the way! Food is amazing!

Went to Build-a-Bear Workshop. It was pretty awesome. The customer service was great. They let me make my bears the same way the kids did, even though my son wasnt with me. And there was no rush while I picked out their accessories.

I love this outdoor shopping center! Great environment! Wonderful selection of stores and shoppes. Spent a lot of time here with my two small children during the days. They also host a lot of fun family events on week nights!

A decent shopping center. Places are decent but very expensive. Just look at the part of town it is in. The only reason for a 4 star is because of the accessibility. Only one main entrance, and during rush hour it is a mess.

RIP the summit. I liked the old name better. Oh well. As before its a nice outdoor mall that is always clean. Pretty great and they have security that drives around the parking lot so that makes you feel safe

I love the convenience of The Paddock Shops. If I need to make a quick shopping trip, but dont have time to mess with traffic, parking, and having to walk through a mall, I always go to The Paddock Shops.

The Summit or Paddock Shops is a great place to shop and go grab some food. Some of our favorites places to grab some food is Blaze pizza and Qdoba. They have great shopping all over the plaza as well!

My one BIG complaint is making the exits more car and lane friendly. Horrible getting out. Now with the East End bridge, more traffic is flowing and its a nightmare getting out of there. Get that fixed!

I have loved the shopping center since the day at open I love how open it is they have great places to eat and great shops to. all the places to eat have patios but it will always be the summit to me

This is a very nice outdoor shopping area. Some of the anchor stores are gone or have been replaced by liquor stores and more stuff I dont care for, but the food and many stores are really nice.

Variety of stores. Free parking. I went to Bed Bath & Beyond. I knew what I wanted got both items and one additional that was not on my list. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The stores tend to be overpriced. The rent a cops they have working here are pretentious, my husband seriously cannot wait at the curb for me to come out of the bathroom?

A relaxing atmosphere. Great mix of shops, food and coffee. Even when the parking lot is busy and difficult to enter/exit, there isnt much congestion on the sidewalks.
