This place is definitely a relic from a different time that seems to continue slowly going downhill each year. While far from dead, Mounds Mall only has one major anchor store (Carsons) and a movie theater to keep foot traffic going through the mall. The rest of the place is slowly being filled with the type of stores you see in malls offering super low rent just to fill spaces. Thankfully its on the smaller side, so most of it is still filled with shops, but probably not too many youd ever want to shop at (The bookstore is definitely cool, though). Its at least a fun, quick walkthrough if youre a fan of old malls that still look straight out of the 80s/90s.

theatre is nice but the staff are sooooo rude and unfriendly! you dont get a hello, a good bye, no...enjoy the show, not even a smile, nothing! As if that isnt bad enough, one guy was reading a book, we stood there a good 2 minutes, literally right in front of this guy & finally said excuse me, & he had the nerve to sigh & roll his eyes because we were interrupting his book! Um, he is suppose to be doing his job! I enjoy coming in to see the movies, but dread the rude staff!

This Mall is far from top of the line. The stores within are failing to attract the customers that they need to survive most of the time. The stores that do survive there are under constant stress of financial trouble. The theater is the main attraction, and even that does not have the best experience because of the smell and lack of quality to the facility that places like shopping centers in the Carmel/Fishers area. Still a few stores there are worth visiting

I order nachos and pop.. there is hair in nachos and pop taste awful. Employees needs pay more attention to customers but all they do is talking. Seats are the worst Picture show and sound not good. Cost $8.00 aint worth it . It is more as $1.00 per movie bec that place is sh@thole. My advice is go to IMAX Theatre by fisher or Indy . Anderson needs new owner, remodeling, new seats, and IMAX ..

It has everything I need. Garfields and my favorite pizza. Bath and Body, couple new gift like shops. New furniture store. Carsons sale days is when I buy there. Also Finish Line and Squeeze Play. Two of my favorite inexpensive jewelry stores. Of course the theater and some more shops. Good enough for Anderson and me.

The theater is decent. I love the staff. They are so nice to us and they have a rewards program. Popcorn is good when fresh. Not many stores. Too many kiosk style stores. Maurices has pretty helpful employees. The mall used to be pretty nice but Anderson doesnt bring in money so its lost its appeal. :(

Unfortunately, a lot of stores are empty, but there are a few that will forever be part of the Mounds Mall experience. The place has character and potential, but the emptiness is a little sad. The theater, Nirvana and the Book Nook are my personal highlights. Good memories of the place.

This place should have been closed down in the 90s. The place is run down and all of the stores are bailing - very little variety. Additionally, the local neighborhood hoodlums basically run the place at night. I dont feel safe taking my family there to watch a movie after dark.

This once busy mall is now basically full of smaller shops. The citys only theatre is here, and alone brings probably half the traffic. There is a small food court with decent food, and a bounce house, but it is hardly a mall to compare with the others in surrounding cities.

The malls awesome, love the optional stores they got. The theater is really great, often the have premier for certain movies which beats tryin to beat a crowd to the ticket stands. The concessions are awesome the nachos are always hot n the sodas are bomb.

This is a very limited mall there are a hand full of stores and only two restaurants. People mostly go there to walk and for the movie theater. Anderson needs to do a grand reopening or something seriously, it would be a great place if it had more stores.

Stopped in to see a movie, ended up getting a slice of pie while I was there. Pizza was good, but there isnt much in the mall. They do have a bounce house or city for kids. Could be a good time if you have little ones looking to burn some energy.

Run down...1/2 the businesses closed during the holiday season @ 1pm. Guys @ the pizza place rolling dough and preparing food bare handed. Place feels more like a flea market every time I walk through it.

Sad. Used to be full of shops & shoppers. The city wants to shove Everything to the south end of town and happily let anything north of Mounds Road die. Not everyone lives by the interstate or wants to.

Im here with my family for the 5:10 of Alvin & the Chipmunks. This place is dirty, smelly and has sticky floors. At 5 oclock on a Sunday with barely anyone here I am in disbelief! This sucks!

Out of focus picture? Tell the manager and hell tell you its "too hard" to fix. Uncomfortable. Dirty. Horribly cared for prints. Drive to Noblesville and avoid this place like the plague.

If we want our countries city malls to survive(in the smaller towns)we have to find ways to bring the people in to compete with online shopping. Starting with getting the rent lowered.

Its okay because it doesnt have a lot to offer, but we have Carsons, Beautiful Eyes, Maurices Finish Line you have the movies and other little shops and you have an Eatery, Dr Tavel

This mall is on a down swing but no one should give up on it. A few good stores and food options. A nice movie theatre inside... the only one in the city of Anderson.

I have many memories inside this mall. The movie theatre is decent, but the mall is dying. I really hope this place gets a well-needed revival.

This number is wrong! You call a lady in Washington D. C. She gets call from people like a couple of times a day! So stop calling her!

Worst excuse for a mall, no stores and they run every one out with their high rent! Tonys pizza is the best thing about that mall!

Mounds Mall is not what it once was. Theater is nice. The few food court options are all good. The few businesses are nice as well.

I have watched at least 10 movies in this theater and I always hear more conversation from viewers than hearing the actual movie

Many empty spaces along with a lack of more mainstream stores typically found in other malls in the area.

A mall that still offers lots of variety of smaller stores as well as Macys, Sears, Pennys, & Carsons.
