Nice mall, typical of those in a small town. It has mostly the same stores and anchors as most malls in the country... but a little smaller and limited. The mall is dated, yet the design is almost come full circle and is back in style. The owners should consider investing in this mall because the area has grown so much... a fresh design and expansing would likely be a good investment. The mall stays busy because (1) it is the only indoor mall in town and (2) most of the stores do not have a second location anywhere else in town. Overall, decent mall, but could be bigger (and probably needs to be).

A lot of stores dont stay open long at thy location (not hours, I mean length of stay). So there seems to be times when there are very few stores in this mall, and then sometimes, there are a lot of stores in this mall- usually around the holidays, then its a ghost town in March! One really great thing, if youre a gal who loves make-up, SEPHORA opened up a mini store INSIDE JCPENNY!!! LOVE that! I love Burkes and 5 Below! Wish they would bring back Hot Topic!! Get more in the food court! Get more in the mall, period!!!

This place is in dire need of a makeover. It just seems dingy and dreary. Store selection varies, having staples like American Eagle, Victorias Secret, Bath and Body Works, FYE. The addition of the new toy store is the coolest addition for a long time, a real trip down memory lane, and the new mini Sephora saves women a trip to further locations. Other stores that would eliminate a trip to Louisville would be a definite bonus, ie Lush, Hollister, etc.

This place has became increasingly ghetto since I was a kid, and I dont mean that in any kind of racist way... Im just saying bottom feeder. There are a few good stores, but there are some low quality places, staff, and patrons too... Hence the middle of the road review. Several of the stores are outlets... If you want nice stores, you need to go on to L-ville, Lex, or Nashville. I do like the Aunt Annies pretzels! The American Eagle is nice too.

Somebody please bulldoze this dilapidated crap hole. Sorry for the language but the stores smell moldy and musty, ceiling tiles missing or water damaged, poorly maintained and grossly outdated!!! So sad to see all the retail shops closing and being replaced by fantasy role playing gamers. Really? In a mall??? And the food court is far from a food court, more like a monthly revolving orkin zone.

Malls were all the rage at one point but many look like they have gone abandoned, this one on the other hand still looks like they are hanging in there. I have never noticed the place being really crowded, but majority of the store spaces are filled, especially with the common mall stores to include Sears, JC Penny and Belk. Not too bad of a place to walk around and shop.

Its one of the biggest shopping malls around this area except for Louisville of course but if you dont want to go to Louisville Elizabethtown Towne mall is better place to go and the kids can go they got strollers for rent thats a good place I cant get crowded just to let you know especially around the holidays so if you get holiday shopping get there early

Awesome place to hang out and shop. Though its true that some shops can go out of business quickly. Dont listen to the other people who say it needs renovations, because that mall is in tip-top shape. Plus, Ive rarely seen the mall cops and have never been "scolded". Overall, an amazing place to have a good time.

Decent mall with a few stores but the mall has been going down hill for the oast couple yeats. Alot of empty spaces and stores constantly going out of business. Could use some updating as well. But the stores it does have, the workers are mostly pretty nice.

The high turnaround of shops and number of empty units is discouraging, but it has a decent number of locally owned stores along with a few big department stores. Layout is straightforward and there is a nice play area for young children. Plenty of parking.

Definitely in need of some newer stores. Im surprised whoever owns this property hasnt seen the need for action to revitalize this mall. Lots of stores come and go here, only the major chains seem to stick around and even they seem lackluster.

Cant believe that mall hasnt been completely renovated. Lots of revenue being lost I would imagine. Such a shame. The mall could be a real money maker and bright spot for the community. I avoid the place. Its creepy

Its a small town mall. Has a few good stores, never terribly busy. Mall cops are what make it annoying. One wrong move, if youre not parked to their liking, they will scold you and maybe even write you a ticket lol

This mall has been here for decades, but it just doesnt feel like a mall. The selection of stores in there are very niche places, and its never really crowded. If you find something there, its usually overpriced.

They have several options for types of stores. The selection for plus sizes is low and expensive but at least there in most stores. The service in most stores is totally lacking especially more "trendy" stores.

Its just at the OK level, the biggest issue is the food court is terrible, not much there and the places there at very annoyed when you order food from them and the quality of the food is really poor.

Its kinda dying down buts its a great place to go to for the kids to play at the play place allowing the parents to take turn walking around to the wonderful store and buy what they need

This rating is not for the mall. The mall is tiny not much there. However, the have a gyros place there that is to die for. It is called Sams Gyros. You must to try this place. Yum!

Bunny Squirrel

Only go there for 3 places. Tatu for piercings. Crystal is awesome there!! Spencers cause its the coolest place n sells body jewelry. Then theres Rue 21 love their clothes and prices!

Its a great place to go walk around and exercise while also being able to do shopping. I love to take my little boy to the play area because he has such a good time running around.

Has your usual stores such as Sears, Pennys, Belks, etc, but shops are come and go or completely unoccupied anymore. The malls hey-day has well passed. Grounds are well kept.

Many of the store fronts are vacant. The. Food court is practically nonexistent. Prices are much too high and the place is filled with loud annoying teenagers. Stay away.

Very nice Mall. Not too far away from Louisville so you can go there to shop without having to worry about seeing all the youngsters and thugs that you see in the city.

Kind of small for a mall, but for etown its not bad. My wife complains that theres not a new york and company. Also needs an update and more food court choices.
