Their clientele is mostly tweens and teenagers in the food court. Target stays busy with various clientele and recently opened a competitive foods section. The newer shoe store is popular and has a good selection. The mall is generally clean but often has lighting problems. The mall staff is INCREDIBLY rude and should be avoided at all cost if you want to enjoy your visit. Now that the theater is gone I can avoid this place entirely. This mall spends so much time pushing their political agendas and ripping off businesses with insanely high rent, most locals I know are surprised its still in business. There was a point just three years ago where it was nearly 50% vacant! Now it’s mostly the same old big box stores; small businesses rarely last longer than a year or two. I personally know 5 former mall store owners; 2 went out of business and blame high rent/low traffic, 2 are thriving because they moved out of the mall and say it was the best business decision they made, and 1 was a long time staple of the food court that had to close.

Went to H&M. I have 5 children. 2 biological, 3 step. Aged 13, 10, 8, 6 and 3. My three year old son is a large boy. He also has a leg brace, because he had a stroke at birth, and is diagnosed with cerebral palsy. YOUR EMPLOYEES HAD THE GUTS to not tell, but YELL at my children and I to leave the store, and dont come back with a cart!! I told the snide young woman about my sons condition and was immediately told "Maybe you shouldnt have had rhis many kids, if you cant handle them all!" I had tears streaming down my face, I was so angry!! ALL of my children are respectful. Never again..... Youve defintely lost a customer here. As well as the sales. And you cant tell me a family of 7 is an easy loss. Rude, snarky, and immature. Will NOT be returning.

Many closed storefronts. No longer allowed to vape other than in the vape shop which is unfortunate. I spent more time there when you were allowed to Vape. Mall security takes themselves way to seriously. We were eating there one day this summer and the mall decided to close. We were eating in the food court and mall security literally had us dump out our food and leave with no explanation since it was not closing time.

Four stars only for having target connected to it. Stores are always closing down, they go to bring in New ones just to say never mind a few months later. Bomb threat called in to this mall in 2016 and the mall did not notify any store employees or costumers. Open late ands close early on Sundays and during the winter. Only thing I ever go there for is to let my daughter play at the tree or target.

The mall is nice, and pretty clean. There are some pretty good stores to visit, and its pretty kid friendly. A big negative to me is the play tree. Its not very well-maintained, its nicknamed The Germ tree. Plus the seating area for adults is starting to get pretty ripped in a lot of it needs to be replaced. But if youre just shopping its a great place to shop.

Not the mall it used to be. Lots of vacant store fronts and low class stores fronts that come and go. Was slated to get a Dicks Sporting Goods but the owners nixed it because they didnt want a store that sold guns. Like it or not sporting goods stores sell hunting items to outdoor enthusiasts. Turning down Dicks was a lame move.

Place sucks. Its full of riff raff. The trash of the high schools and local college seems to hang out here. Cussing, acting thuggish, and being inappropriate when we try and eat at the food court. Ill shop online or somewhere thugs arent loitering. I certainly wont ever take my kids there again for any reason. Absolute trash.

Has a good clean family-friendly atmosphere. Parents are respectful of each other of the play area for kids, and the food is good too. The only reason it isnt a 5 star is because the Mall does over-charge for small business vendors and it makes it hard for them to sustain within the mall. I want my Maui Wowi back!!

This place has seen so many changes but so glad it is still here. Im not a big mall person, but what would we do without it. It is a great gathering place for young and old alike in the area. They have a nice variety of stores, something for everyone. Its indoors which is important here in Northern Michigan.

Its an okay mall when you compare it to most malls in the United States. If I were to rate it on an up north standard, I would probably give it a 4. The mall is still nice; however, the stores are just lacking and you can be in and out within two hours. The only thing worth going to is the food court.

There are some great stores here - I particularly like the TJ Maxx and Journeys. Im excited to hear that they are getting an H&M. The food court here is HUGE! We didnt eat anything this time, we were there at an oddball time. There was a collection of very odd individuals at the mall during the day.

In a world where shopping malls are dying out, its nice to see one thats doing alright. Certainly not the largest mall Ive ever been too, but they had a nice selection and everything was kept clean. Ive never seen a target as an anchor store, but that was pretty cool. Overall a great experience!

The carousel was fun to see and my kids enjoyed taking a quick ride. The rest of the mall is pretty standard. The bathrooms were a bit dirty, with sticky floors. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday, but I guess Traverse City is a little smaller than the cities I have visited lately.

What a barren wasteland of mediocrity. The food court is the only saving grace and even that isnt the most amazing thing... Empty stalls abound and the stores that are in there arent much special. Go here for food and Target and the occasional trip to TJ Maxx

Great place for the most part. I wont take my kids on the foam "germ tree", and cant get excited about places with large crowds that forbid legal concealed carry holders. But the shops and food court are great otherwise. Support your local folks.

The food court has a great selection of restaurant choices, the building is always very clean, and there are some awesome stores inside the mall as well! My 6 year old loves this mall because it has a carousel in the food court for children.

It was great when it first opened but since has lost its appeal. Stores carry trendy items more geared towards teens. Usually check out game stop, Yankee candle or movie theater but now that the theater is gone we dont go there anymore.

Solid mall in a smaller town. There is construction going on currently as they appear to have closed the old cinema and are adding Dunhams as a new cap. The wife surly enjoyed it well enough to come home with many bags of goodies.

The best place to go shopping for most things, in TC, but that isnt saying much. It will have what you need, but rarely what you want. If you can go down state? Do it. If you need something in a pinch, Im sure you will find it here.
