I got all my hamsters from here except my first 3 hamsters i had ever owned. My 4th and 5th hamster i ever owned was puff and oreo. Long haired syrians. They were amazing brothers but we did have to separate them. then i got another male syrian patches. then we got 2 more smores and gram cracker. Instead of us bringing 2 home we brought 6 home. when we were there the 2 we got had a sister which bred with their brother and the one we got was bred with too. It was obvious she was pregnant but the employee was lying. we asked if she was pregnant. Employee: No, and at this age they probably wont so you can keep them together. My dad: Ok. Yes im 12. but the lady was so uneducated for this job. you cant keep syrian hamsters together. but i was happy i got baby they were in bred but still more free hamsters. cant you tell im a hamster freak. But if they have good healthy hamstersi might buy some.

Check your pet food for the date. Theyre selling bad pet food. Called the manufacturer and they were embarrassed and pretty upset as well. After telling the workers, about MORE expired food I got to get a free bag I found multiple expired bags plus a bag from 2013. Its 2015. They didnt seem to care. I wonder if theyd care after a lawsuit of a death of a pet if something was to happen????

terrible staff. manager & assistant manager are very rude to their employees. employees are definitely the friendly ones. poor kids dont get paid enough for the amount they do
