The adoption center is great. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The aquatics department is also very nice. They carry a lot of fish I cant find at other chain pet stores and the fish are usually healthy. There is also a great selection of aquatic plants but most arent labeled. The only downside is that it will take you at least 15 minutes for someone from aquatics to show up and help you. The rest of the store is clean and doesnt have that yucky pet store smell. All the animals are well cared for in this store and I will definitely be buying from here again.

I honestly dont understand why people shop here. Its extremely overpriced, and theyre always trying to sell you tons of stuff you dont need. I am all for paying a bit more to support local businesses, but there are great local places around that are much better and much cheaper than this big-box rip off. Id rather shop on Amazon (where food, for example, is 30-40% cheaper) or a cheaper local business like K9 where employees actually know what theyre talking about. PetCo is the worst place to buy pet supplies. Period.

The 2 stars is mainly for the grooming. I did not like the service and we got our dog back terrified and unhappy. This has never happened before. I take her to grooming every month and she never reacts the way she reacted today. I will definitely not do the grooming at this Petco anymore. Overall the store is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have bought many fish from Petco and they all die. I tested my water, and everything was fine. I also figured out that their fish are crowded and some are sick. Although the fish are bad i like their supplies. They are high-quality and dont break very easily. On the other hand i wont recommend buying fish from Petco.

Great place to adopt a big dog. We were looking for a smaller breed. And one of the employees suggested the Petco in Doral FL. This is the best Petco I know that really cares about giving those little guys a loving home. Be there between 9:00 & 11:00am everyday to see the doggys on the floor.

Needed to make a return. The clerk was very efficient. While waiting I saw how wonderful the other clerk was with 2 different dog visitors. Clearly the dogs were thrilled to be there & aware of the treats at check out!

I dont understand the appeal of an overpriced pet store in the age of Amazon. Everything they sell can be found much cheaper elsewhere and since the service is never too great, I avoid these high priced rip off chains.

One stop shop for all your aquarium needs. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, Dayron was of great help tonight. Theres no pressure to buy anything and youre guaranteed to get the best advice.

Its a really clean and organized store. With lots of different kind of fishes to buy, and the cutest puppies to adopt. It also has everything in store from their website.
