This store... The workers are amazing, hard-working, kind people. The lines are fast. Theres always something to buy here! I adopted three of my guinea pigs from here, all of which are happy, healthy, and energetic. They do health checks on all their animals, which I think its great. When I had my first guinea pig Cleopatra put to sleep at the Banfield Pet Hospital in this store, a kind female worker with black hair was there to comfort me through the stressful time, and helped me adopt my little trouble-maker, Rocky. I got a card in the mail a few days later with signatures from all the workers in it. It feels like they truly care for you, and your pets. Not to mention the amazing prices! My guinea pigs love going for short drives to pick out toys and treats themselves. Everybody there treats us with respect and if we need help, somebody is always right around the corner. This is the only pet store I trust.

I adopted my cat, George, here yesterday. Its a super cute story... I wasnt expecting to adopt a cat, I went in Wednesday night to look at animals and decided that I wanted to play with the cats. Kristen, who is super awesome, took me to the cat room and I fell in love with "Squiggy" (we renamed him). Hes a beautiful traditional siamese cat who had only arrived a few hours prior from the Humane Society. Anyways, I returned Thursday morning (yesterday) and paid the adoption fee, got his accessories and took little Georgie home! Weve already bonded and hes just so great. Thank you, Kristen, for taking me around and showing me everything I need for my first cat!

I did the order online pickup in-store option because they offered 10% off for doing so. When I picked up the item, it would not work for what I needed. I attempted to return it right away upon picking it up but they gave me such a difficult time. They insisted that the receipt they had just given me at pickup was insufficient for a return! After having to get a manager and then explain everything over and over for 20 minutes before they finally did the return was certainly not worth the 10% discount. Ive been a loyal customer for years but I was so disappointed with the poor service that I left and drove to PetCo instead for what I needed.

Overall I am very satisfied with Petsmart. The employees are very nice when I speak to them, however they need to be around the animal exhibits more. I stood there for a good five minutes or more without seeing a single employee around. Their prices are pretty decent and reasonable too for the area. Items are nearly always in stock, and the quality of the pets are excellent and come from a clean environment.

4/11/14 was the third time I have had my dog groomed at PetSmart in Cranberry. Charise L did a wonderful job bathing, de-matting, and cutting my wily Pomeranians hair as well as trimming his nails. Most importantly, Duncan was calm and comfortable while in her care and came home a very happy puppy! The entire staff was super friendly and I would certainly return and recommend.

They used to have great fish sales, which is important, because fish die often. They stopped doing it, so I stopped going there.
