NEVER NEVER NEVER spend your money here. They are crooks. First and LAST time using their services. Just moved to this area, but will travel back to Palmetto Bay to my old groomer JanT. Took my two Maltese here, she wanted me to pay before I saw the services. Didnt want to honor the $5 coupon when Im spending $65??? I came back to pick them up, one of my babies had bald spots all over her precious body. Shes speaking to the other customers and groomers in Spanish in front of me about services rendered to me. I stopped her RUDE butt and demanded u speak to me about me or my babies!! The cuts are uneven and UGLY for the prices. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER. Rude none customer friendly. Crude Cruella operates this for her son.

During my dogs grooming appointment he passed out. And nobody even called to notify me. I found out when I went to pick him up. I had a feeling something was wrong with my dog and went in early and they tell me he fell limp. Worst groomers Ive ever taken my 13 year old toy poodle. Hes been to multiple groomers, and NEVER ever has had an issue like this. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE, youll be lucky to find them alive. They dont even speak English enough to understand what I was saying.

I give instructions to not cut my dog completely and they do what ever they want now I have to wait a year so the hair can be long again very bad experience will never go back.
