I take my dogs to get bathe. And It seems they kind of rush through the process. And they push or try to cleverly sell you extra things, i understand its part of their job, but i dont like pushiness.... Respect my decision. They tried to sell an oatmeal bath because my dog had some flaking on his lower back. He only gets it when he is due for a bath which is generally a month when it starts appearing. She kept pushing. Or stated their default shampoo barely has a scent. If its that serious ill bring my own shampoo than pay an extra 7.00 for one time use. Sometimes they send you home with cards of what they did and i can see how they just put answers on it to appease you. Stating my dogs nails were cut when in fact... they were not. Twice my husky has not had her dew claws trimmed, the only nails of hers that need to be cut. And My lab mix nails were not even touch at all... I dont know if it was because the nails were black but if you do this regularly it should not intimidate you. I am very well capable of cutting them myself which i did when I got home but i was disappointed. If there was an other reason tell me i dont really mind, but dont lie.The only reason i dont bathe them myself is because currently i dont have the space at the moment to do it. And the bathing isnt cheap, my husky is 42.99 and my lab mix was 32.99. Still more reasonable them most, but make sure you review your work before telling the owner the dog is ready for pick up. I will still come here... But only when i get a $10 off coupon in my email, which i get after i havent been their for a month.

I have been coming to this store 2-3 times a week for my reptiles (bearded dragon and leopard gecko. They sold me my leo just recently.) I had to take my bearded dragon to the vet due to lethargy today which is august 11, 2017. It turns out my 4 or 5 month old bearded dragon got a massive case of pinworms and another parasite from their crickets, i have never been to any other store for crickets but this one because i like the employees and it is very convenient for me travel wise. My bearded dragon is now recieving proper medication. I called them and told them about checking the cricket bins for parasidic bugs, all they had to say was: "thank you for telling us." No apologies, no nothing. The only model employees i have done business with, that i can name off the top of my head are lexi, max, and miles. Those three people know what they are doing and deserve the credit for being great to me and my reptiles. Although i cant blame the petsmart employees for their parasidic crickets, i will be attempting to call corporate and filing a complaint about the store in the near future. Giving this a 2 star because of the 3 fantastic employees i deal with on a regular basis.

I went in to pick up an online order that I purchased for the first time with Petsmart. I was under the assumption that there would be a pick up section or a customer service counter at this location. I walked to the back counter were there was a young lady on a computer. I stood there in front of the counter waiting patiently but the young lady did not even acknowledge me. I said "excuse me" to get the young ladys attention and she told me that I would need to speak to an employee from Petsmart at the register. I approached the register and stood in line waiting to speak to the employee at the register. As I was waiting a customer walks in cuts in front of me and tells the employee that she needs a return. The employee reaches for the bag and ignores the fact that I am waiting in line for assistance with picking up an order. The Customer service was horrible. I ended up cancelling my online order and leaving the store.

TERRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE!!!! If your dog is nervous or scared, they dont even try calming them down, just wait 30 minutes and theyll call you to come get your dog with a "75%" shaved haircut. Called some number on google with a mobile pet salon, she finished in 1 hour!!!! AND CHARGED LESS!!!! But this didnt happen one time, it happened TWICE!!! After the first time my dog came out TERRIFIED as if he had been mistreated. He only does this when he goes to this store, he is never that terrified ANYWHERE ELSE.. Be careful bringing your dog to these people.

I ran out of my regular dog food this morning and went to PetSmart to get some more. My husband normally gets the dog food, but he is away for the weekend. The people there were very helpful and I got the right dog food with no problem. It is just nice to go to a store where you feel they are really trying to help you. They helped make my day just that much nicer!

loved taking my dogs to petsmart until they let go of my groomer Darryl the other groomers were not as knowledgeable and my dogs never looked as good untill darryl started grooming them i had followed him from the lauderhill store to the ft lauderdale store and thank god i found him again at chateaux poochie in pompano.its worth the drive

I like this place (Commercial and University), but today, they charged me for 3 boxes of kitty litter. I actually bought ... ONE. Ill go back and get a refund. A couple of weeks ago, the Turtle Creek PetsMart charged me for 24 cans of catfood. It should have been 2 cans. I got a refund. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING PETSMART!

The review isnt final but when I have visited, I have noticed dead beta fish in their cups. Dirty small animal cages(the guinea pig cage was filthy). I took a star off because of the conditions of the cages. The small animal selection is mediocre. The high rating is because of the friendly staff and good customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! They are well educated about pets and willing to help pet parents with their concerns. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. Wide isles to walk with your pooch. From fish to dogs, groomers to vets, they have every parent covered.

I went to PETSMART last night, I was serving by MELISSA, I did have a very good experience, she provide me all the information that I need and more, she give me few tips how take care my dog, I can tell that she really love animals, shes in the right spot, well done MELISSA P.

Very large pet store. I bought something online and when they gave me the item it was cracked. Without hesitate got another off the shelf to replace it. I know it wasnt much but sometimes those things can take forever and you have to fight with people. Thank you!

Horrible takes 50 minutes to ring out they finally get another register open they say next in line and everyone else runs to other register who has not even been waiting and register guy dont even correct them horrible customer service these two people

PetSmart reps were very courteous when I went there looking for a specific item. The customer service person even helped me carry the item out to my vehicle. I recommend the store but not the Banfield Animal Hospital within the store.
