If there was an option for "0" stars, thats what I would rate this store. My mom and I decided to switch from Sprint to AT&T. We went into this location and was assisted by the manager, Nadine. We were promised promotions that didnt exist, we were told that our sprint cancellation would be covered, traded in our old phones and were told that we could pick items in the store for the value of our phones. LIES ON TOP OF LIES! We made the switch in November & we still have not received our reward cards for paying off our sprint bills, we have not received promotion credits on our bill as promised and, in fact we have received additional charges for iPads that we didnt even want. I cant believe that this company would hire a member of management who presents these shady sales practices. All she wanted was the most commission she could get for our sale, no matter what she had to tell us to get it. We have decided to take our matter to court as we have been into the store and made numerous calls to upper management with no response. Absolutely ridiculous.

First off they broke my tablet and wouldnt replace it. They told me it was my problem. I walked in their with a good tablet, all i needed was a sim card. They broke the sim card slot, and now my tablet cant take a sim card. They also went ahead and added a new line to my account. I NEVER ASKED FOR A NEW LINE. I WENT IN FOR A SIM CARD FOR MY TABLET. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNEDUCATED, THE OWNERS ARE UNEDUCATED. NEVER GO HERE.

This place is NOT a AT&T corporate store. Terrible customer service, bouncing you from sales person to sales person, trying to throw you off in what they are telling you. If they even bother to tell you anything. I actually called AT&T while I was there because they werent getting anything done. Ultimately, a phone operator at att got my stuff foxed in 15 minutes. I had visited this store 3 times for the same problem.

A building full of untrained liars, they tell you what ever they think you wanna hear, they sold me promotions that dont exist. Lied about my level of coverage and speed and got an attitude with me when I was trying to correct the situation. They arent consistent with the information and everyone has a different answer

The young ladies at this location are awesome. Alexis was the one who helped me out. I switched my number from sprint and she helped me get all the information I needed, She was very patient and I will definitely be referring her to my friends and family.

These gave me the service I cant find else where. They didnt rush me and took the time out to show me how to use my phone and get the best out if it. They broke it down to where I could understand how to save the most money. They are absolutely great!

Worked with Kevin, and he was extremely friendly and understand. Helped me port over from sprint and transfer all my apps and phone numbers. I would definitely recommend him to my peers hes amazing. And he got me a free tablet :)
