I had an awful experience at this store. After visiting my local Sprint store with a new iPhone 6 that had been given to me by a family member who was using the Verizon network, I was told all I needed was a new SIM card to reconnect the phone to Sprint. At my local store, however, they did not have a SIM card and directed me to one of Sprints numerous "repair centers." I chose to go to this store, and it was the wrong decision off the bat. We were ignored as soon as we walked in, and had to waive down the otherwise chatty employees just to get service. I explained the dilemma—and exactly what had been told to me at my local Sprint store—and they went in the back and got a SIM card but proceeded to tell me the transition from Verizon to Sprint probably would not work. Then they pointed their computer screen toward me with some error message that apparently said the transition was not possible. They then dismissively shooed me away, advising me to just "buy a new phone." However, I took the phone into the E. Lansing store on Grand River, and staff were kind, courteous, and even gave me a discount on my new SIM card because of my experiences with this store. They had the "impossible" Verizon phone hooked up to the Sprint network in literally less than 10 minutes. Im never going back to this store.

This is the WORST experience I have ever been exposed to! The male store manager was not only rude but actually very offensive, arrogant and unwilling to hear my issue. After a very long wait, the other personnel in the store seemed to defer issues to him with the expectation that he was going to personally tend to my issue when all he did was vent a heated discourse that I felt was racially motivated as I saw no other non-black people in the store. He approached me leaving very little personal space, which I immediately felt as if I was being attacked physically as well as emotionally. My emergency issue is very important but went untended to due to his verbally offensive nature. This place is a complete waste of time and energy. Why does Sprint even have this type of employee at all? Ill never visit this location no matter what. He is a disgrace to customer service and deters anyone who is not black from this location.

Whitney is super superb when it comes to resolving cell problems. My experiences at the 7 Mile/Telegraph office say if Whitney is not in, return when Whitney is available. Not only does she resolve issues quickly pbut she exudes true customer care at the same time. Very professional. I know because I was a Customer Care Rep at Ford. Sorry to hear Brenda/Host is no longer with Sprint. Brenda always provided a warm greeting upon entrance and was very informative when calling the store. She would provide Whitneys schedule & advise the best time & day when to come into the store for quick service. Monday 4-10-2017. Stopped in at Sprint store & was serviced in less than 5 minutes by SUPER WHITNEY. Everything was taken care of as I knew it would be when dealing with Whitney. Thanks again Whitney. Job well done again.

I took my iPhone in to be looked at because of the weird noise it was making when vibrating. The tech didnt listen or use common sense when I told her whats going on. Since they have loud music playing in the store, I told her that its most noticeable in a more quite room but you cant feel the difference in your hand. She didnt even try to look inside the phone or even see if there was anything loose. So I took it to the Sprint and Apple store at Twelve Oaks. The clerk at that Sprint store noticed something was off from the start and pointed me to the Apple store in the mall. There they found the piece loose in the motor and just replaced the phone. I cant speak on the other employees but if you have to go here to get something looked at, dont ask for Whitney...

Had the worst sprint experience ever. Came in on Memorial Day to see about my phone; I was locked out and had unsuccessful attempts logging into my phone. The rep either didnt understand my problem or didnt know what to do. To make a long story short, instead of him taking the proper researching the problem, he told me I needed to wait 72 hours before rebooting my phone. Soooo after going without my phone for 3 days, I was still unable to get into my phone. Finally, I figured it out on my own. I also called a SAMSUNG rep and they told me the 72 hour wait is FALSE. On a side note, a 2nd rep name DEONTE (trainee) was very nice in trying to assist the 1st rep. It was just unfortunate that he was under bad direction.

Horrible!!!! Went to the Sprint on Telegraph and 7 mile and was told unbelievable prices with sarcasm. Went to get a Samsung s8 and inquired about a watch I was told to image how it works and look because it was under lock and key. I went to Sprint on Woodward and 9 mile and left with not just a phone, but 2 upgrades of what I originally want with accessories at a fraction of the cost. Thank You guys so much. Definitely will continue business with the guys in Ferndale and if you read this post and decided to come do business in Ferndale tell them Khairiya Muhammad sent you.

Sprint seems to be making efforts to improve customer service, however this store seems to be left behind. I had a problem with the Evo I purchased over a month ago, went in for service, the representative was rude, didnt look at the phone but asked me to call customer service for a replacement. Even after telling her the customer service reps asked me to come to that store, and also explained that I bought the phone from the same store. I will not do business with this store again

I have been with Sprint for about 5 years and have been happy with the service, prices, and phone representatives. However, the in-store help at this location is mostly horrible. The wait for a rep tends to take forever, even with just a few customers there. Then when you do get someone, they seem confused or get things done slowly. On top of that, no real service with a smile here. I will stay with Sprint, I just try to avoid this store when possible.

I just wanted say that I had the best experience with Gregg and Whitney at this location. I felt like they went above and beyond to assist me with the problem I had. I was thinking of leaving the carrier and taking my 3 lines back to T-Mobile however I just decided that Ill upgrade my services by only going to the sprint location on Telegraph. I recommend this store to my family and friends Thanks again Mrs. Law

Stopped in to this store after calling ahead to make sure they had a replacement SIM card for a friends phone. Once we arrived we had to have them enter our name for the service queue (even though they said they would do it over phone). Once we were finally helped, after a few tries, they determined that they didnt have the right SIM for our LG phone.
