Jess was awesome! She went above and beyond to ensure that I knew how to use the coupon system. She began by asking me what I was looking for when we entered the store and sent me in the right direction. Then, as our cashier she helped me get the coupon right. Hobby Lobby lost a customer today and JoAnns gained one! I hope that Jess gets some recognition, she truly was the ideal for what a retail employee should be!

They have a rather large selection with a great clearance selection as well. The associates are super friendly and will usually let you know about current promotions and coupons, helping you save money. This is my favorite craft store.

Clean store, friendly employees, can usually find what I need here for my childrens craft ideas. Can always find a coupon for this store online. Easy access to parking lot either off Middlebelt or the I96 service drive.
