They continue to remove brand name products in favor of Kroger products. :-( And the shelves are constantly in need of being stocked. They are consistently out of things like Horizon Organic milk, Silk Vanilla Milk and herbs. These are staples in our house. On the flip side the store is close. But it would be more convenient if they had more products and kept on top of things better. The selection/variety of foods is also limited. Example - they no longer carry cotija cheese (a white mexican hard cheese). Probably too specific for them, but they carried it for at least 8 years until the past 9 months. I feel like they cater to the Midwest meat & potato diet, not a variety of tastes. I dont think we deserve to be pigeon-holed just because we live in the midwest. There are lots of delicious flavors out there! We cant expand our food knowledge if there arent different things for us to try. They do have some great fresh food bars (when available) with good sushi (made daily), delicious soups & a great self-serve area with olives, cheeses, salads etc. This is in addition to the standard deli meat & cheese counters.

This is the worst grocery store in town. I have spent thousands of dollars there. I usually go in the morning before work so I avoid the ship of fools that happens after I get off work. There frequently are no registers open, the staff is rude in the morning. I went there this morning before work. Again, not one register open just the self check out. Of course, as usual the dreaded "please wait for attendant" happened. The ONLY customer checking out in the whole store. I turn around and the attendant is at the other end of the store gossiping with the customer service lady. The produce that we have bought in the past is filled with fruit flys. The meats are disgustingly low quality. Again we have spent thousands of dollars at this place and it is deplorable. Now we use Door to Door organics, farmers markets and Amazon for sundries. Never again will I go "Krogering". Maybe just to get cash for returnables. Just my experiences.

Sizable, clean, and the staff is friendly. This store can get pretty busy at times and so navigating aisles can be a little tough during those times, but overall shopping here is a good experience. Pharmacy is a 5 star experience. Have always had excellent service. Been with the pharmacy for 7 or 8 years and am bummed I will have to change once I buy a house closer to work. Bonus, in general, is the Kroger phone app with its digital coupons, fuel points, Friday Freebies, and its excellent in-app pharmacy section.

Worst experience at a kroger.. For the old ass self serve cashier that turned away my ebt card and said get a new one. Well for ppl that dont have a phone or a verbal capacity now its hard for them to get a new one.... u have ruined my shopping at any krogers ever again... I will send ppl to meijer 1/2 hour away before i send them to u. U should not be a customer service rep cuz u suck as a people person sandy... Older White lady with grey hair and glasses

Pharmacy. Woman took my prescription. They didnt have it in stock, which is fine. But this woman did not day hello, can I help you, Im sorry but we are out of the medication, have a nice day. The only thing she said during my visit was we dont have it. Ive have too many rude employees at local Kroger stores. Ill be taking my shopping elsewhere.

Fuel is nearly always more than others. Meijers up the rd had diesel this morning for $2.47 ($2.37 w/ 10 cents off per gallon. Here at Krogers its $2.79. Even with Kroger fuel points (30 cents off per gallon) youre still paying $2.49. Thats two cents higher than the areas NORMAL price. I HATE this location. Awesome facility with lousy pricing.

As much as 8 dearly enjoy Kroger todays visit was net with empty shelves and crates and boxes left in the aisles no one there putting things away or cleaning or stocking shelves. Your saving grace today was the delightful cashier who was happy to be there to ring up my oeder. Once again I bagged my own groceries.

I find most everything I need at my Kroger and many of their household items, toiletries, beauty items and otc meds & vitamins are much less expensive than elsewhere even Kmart. One store sold a large bottle of saline spray for 7:29 and Kroger had the same exact size for 3.49!

The employees here are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked when I shop here. Also, their can/bottle return machines always seem to work well for me. It really bugs me when other stores dont keep their machines in good working order.

Has a good variety of products and usually very nice produce. Also, it has a few organic only aisles which is convenient to have everything in one place. I am used to a slightly larger store with more home goods but it isnt a big deal.

I really like the store but cant get them to stock Campbells Split Pea Soup! I have to go to Meijer or Hollywood Market to get it. Every other store in the country has it as it is a staple but not Kroger!

The reconfigured store is clean and the updated produce, meat, and specialty area is very convenient. They have an outstanding selection of organic and whole foods as well. Easy parking and access.

Cashier was nice bagger bage things very awkwardly put my pork chops with my cereal am my cans soup with my salad cold stuff was not all put together even though I put it on the Belt like that

Selection is good. But the workers are a little racist. Not all, but a few just ignore you if youre not white, which is something that is annoying when youre needing help and ask them.

This Kroger location is usually clean. It is conveniently located in downtown Lake Orion where I live so it makes quick grocery trips that much better!

Few registers open with long lines on Friday at 6:45 PM. Over 15 minutes to inline. Not first time.
