ON 3/8/214 I WAS CHECKING OUT AT ABOUT 6:35 PM WHEN THE CASHIER BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID IN AUDIBLE VOICE ," I NEED TO GET THE F@#$ OFF THE REGISTER. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS KIDING USING THAT LANGUAGE AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS OVER 21 AND WOULD USE ANY DAM LANGUAGE SHE WANTED TO. " I REPLIED, " THAT IT WAS NOT APPROPIATE, AND THAT IT WAS IGNORANT. " SHE THEN TREATENED ME STATING IF I CALLED HER OUT OF CHACTER ID SEE WHO WAS IGNORANT." wHEN I ASKED FOR MANAGER SHE POINTED TO SOME ONE ELSE. THE GIRL LOOKED BACK AT ME AND SHOOK HER HEAR AND POINTED BACK TO THE CASHIER. I WANT AN APOLOGY. AND SHE CONTINUED TO USE THE WORD SEVERAL MORE TIMES BEFORE I WAS FINISHED SHOPPING. SHE NEEDS SOME TRAINING AS TO WHAT CAN AND CANT BE SAID AT THE REGISTER OF DOLLAR GENERAL. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE IMAGE YOU HOPE TO PRESENT TO THE PUBLIC. I WONT BE SHOPPING AT THAT LOCATION AGIAN.

This location is not as clean as other ones. Service is slow with the cashiers outright stopping ringing customers up to turn and talk to other co-workers. Rarely ever is more than one register open, even with a huge line, other workers will continue to stock. There is security there during the summer. On a positive note, the cashiers are friendly, but dont move fast enough to get the line down. The conveyor belt near the main register has been broken for years. The manager (darker-skinned woman) is nice sometimes, but most of the time, very confrontational.

The manager had an dispute with me because I asked her what time is it and are you open she raised her voice and got smart because she didnt want to stop talking about her drama stories she had in her life they were outside and Im waiting on her to open the door so I can shop! I stopped going to this location 7months ago and I hope they fired her she is the pitts clearly just stuck her in that position she does not do customer service well and professionalism at all but fine with me this location will be closed due to lack of people going here!

The MANAGER and supervisor is very very RUDE i live 2 mins from the store but i rather go somewheres im going to get treated right they always mad never seem like they are happy to have a job LAZY theres a new girl that started about a few months ago shes the only ONE that cares about her work as long as the manager remains there i wont step a foot thur their doors it never fells theres always a LONG LONG line you are waiting in line for a good 15-20 minutes

The parking lot had more holes then swiss cheese. The employees were nothing to be desired and thats if you could even get them off their personal calls on their cell phones. They tried to send me and another lady 2.5 to 3 miles down the rd because they couldnt give change but not a block away was a liquor store, lol

Custom.er service is extremely lacking .... I highly disapprove of the smoldering ghetto attitude of the various managers Ive unfortunately had the displeasure of having dealt with.. outrageously uncivil, highly unkind, totally impolite, extremely below average social demeanor, as well as completely shabbily attired..

Its kinda dirty unfortunately. Which I feel like is a weird thing to say about a store, but it is. Theres usually only one register open and a line is almost always formed. If you live near there, its a pretty convenient store to go to but I wouldnt choose this one if you have another choice.

It is an okay store where lines can get long and there is no one around to help the cashier when the line gets long and there is alot of theft. If you only need something really quick and dont mind waiting in line then this is the store for you.

Always busy with not enough cashiers. Stock is not always up to par. Credit/debit machine is often down or no cash back option.

Horrible customer service!!! The manager is rude and very unprofessional!!!!
