After taking my daughter into after hours due to accident, & spending 2 1/2 hours there , we weee released and they suggested we use cvs due to it being after 9 pm, and cvs is open 24 hours, we drove straight over , as we walk in another potential customer is in front of us, also walking to pharmacy to drop off script to be filled , at this time there may have been 5-6 customers in the entire store, with at least 3 visible employees in the pharmacy area, one of the other customers was also from the same afterhours clinic, anyway we stood & waited( myself & customer in front of me) , we stood & waited, we continued to stand for at least 10-12 minutes, we watched one employee ring up a sale of a single customer, another working off in the back, the pharmacist appeared to be walking in our direction a couple time, but never did, we continued to stand aimlessly, for any acknowledgement, any greeting, anyone to say, " hey we will be with you all in a moment," anything but they totally ignored us. After a few more minutes, the other couple got angry and walked out , I stood there for another minute or two, while I googled other pharmacies, this CVS pharmacy is totally unprofessional, terrible customer service, they dont need my business, and they wont get my business, so wuthmt daughter, hurting still waiting in the vehicle, I left, as well, and I will get her meds tomorrow from a much better pharmacy that values my business, I would encourage you to do so, Also!!!!

I wont be returning to this location. Ive had to update my insurance information 3 times because apparently it wasnt saved the previous times. Ive stood in line (many times) for over 15 minutes at either the drop off or pick up location because you can only complete certain tasks at certain stations, and I can only assume that only certain employees are allowed to work these stations given the fact that there will often be 4 or more people in one line, with no one in the other line, but no other employees ever come to assist. The final straw was that my husband was supposed to have a medicine filled and I was told it would have to be ordered but would be ready the following day at 6pm. I returned the following day at 7pm and was told it hadnt come in and they didnt know when it would be there. The next day my husband called to transfer it somewhere else because this is a pretty important medication, and he was told that the medicine HAD come in the previous day and they would fill it for him. I show up 3 hours later and guess what, they didnt even have it in the queue to be filled yet. Im tired of the complete lack of customer service and unorganization of this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

Everything about this pharmacy is garbage. They are rude, disrespectful. SLOW, and they cant even put the right pills in the right perscriptions. My wife is allergic to many things, and if she ate the pill put in her perscription it could have killed her, and when she took it back the manager acted like it was no big deal. And every single time I go to fill out a perscription, it is always VERY unpleasant. About every other time I go they misplace the called in perscriptions as well as the dropped off perscriptions. So four hours later I go in and they are like "you never dropped off a perscription" and I just so happened to be talking to the exact same person I dropped it off to. Has happened three times. The pill problem was the last straw.

Dropped off my sons prescription at 9:30PM. They told me it would be an hour so I took him home for bed. Next morning it still wasnt ready. I was in the drive through and they told me I had to go inside just to give them my sons insurance card which they should have had on file. They were holding his prescriptions in their hand but wouldnt give them to me. I had to leave because I couldnt stay inside for an hour while they were fussing with his insurance. Was finally able to go back that afternoon and get it through the drive through. No one ever apologized to me or told me what was going on. I will never use this pharmacy again. Just because its 24hours doesnt mean they actually do anything at night time.

Charlie in the pharmacy is just a mean person. He isnt friendly and isnt on your side. Dealing with doctors and insurance is enough of an ordeal, the last thing we need is another hurdle in the process. Besides Charlie, the rest of the staff is decently friendly but the store is disgusting. The chairs by the pharmacy are stained and probably filled with lice. The bathroom is dirtier than most gas station bathrooms Ive seen. Do yourself a favor and drive 0.2 miles down Ashley street to Chancy Drugs (theyre great).

When my Husband was released from the hospital on a Sunday afternoon with prescriptions, our local pharmacy being closed on Sunday, we told the Nurse to send the prescriptions to CVS on Ashley [very close to the hospital] The pharmacist Mrs Vishua Patel was rude, RUDE. I am 77 YOA and refused to be treated that way. She lacks the grace and manners of the Ladies of Georgia. Anyway we went to Walgreens and got the medications. Thank you Walgreens.

I went in CVS today and the cashier with the rose tattoed on her ring finger had no customer service. She actually was agitated that I wanted to know prices before she ra g them up. She also didnt want to taje the time to see what was on sale even though I told her the tags on the shelf said different. Wont go in there again....if you work in customer service and dnt like to help customers find another freaking job.

One of the daytime cashiers that works upfront is by far the most incompetent woman I have ever met. I waited for 30 minutes for lady cashier #2 to get back from the bank because incompetent cashier lady didnt know anything about the printing machines. I told her the machine only needed more paper and that I could even do it myself. You would have thought I was asking her to do a handstand while cooking dinner.

they are super slow and they take all day to fill a prescription (I had asked for it at 10am and picked it up at 7pm and it still wasnt ready). also I came to college in Valdosta and I had asked for them to transfer my medicine to this cvs THREE times and once I showed up to pick up my medicine it wasnt transferred and they are super slow

When dropping off my childs monthly prescription, I ALWAYS ask that the drug coupon be filed in conjunction with our insurance. Maybe 1 in 4 times they get it right! Somebody is just not paying attention and doing their job!

Rude people, insane long waits, they screw up every script with nearly 100% frequency, and the place is just dirty. There is one black female who has been great to us but besides her, everyone is rude as sin!

I waited on hold for so long I drove to the store to see they were not doing anything. I was on hold for more than 25 min. And there wasnt anyone in the store.
