Worst store ever! Every time that I have a problem, I dread going to this location. I switched to Sprint and received the best customer service in Hinesville. Sprint has a policy that the phone could be returned if the customer is not happy within a couple of weeks. I went to my local store (Valdosta) and lo and behold, there was a problem. A year later, my phone broke and had a warranty... had to go to the store and another problem... manager did not want to do his job, the staff does not care, and they do not care who knows it.

Having been with AT&T for 6 years, I finally got tired of the abusive customer service and my friend urged me to try Sprint. I had heard that their service was not up to par, but boy was I wrong. Sprint has the best network coverage by FAR. Alex is the friendliest, most helpful associate in Valdosta. He made our transaction smooth and painless, and now we have some awesome new phones with great service at a fraction of the price! I Highly recommend.

racist staff and lazy everytime i come here they never want to do thier jobs or try to help me out and btw im white and staff is black i showed up right at 6pm (closing time) and denied me to pick up my ordered phone which is the 4th phone in 6 months time but i bet if i was black they would of let me in to pick it up ps- the last customer they had in there just got done at 618pm what a hugh inconvenience it would of been to just give me my phone

The staff at this store are amazing. Theyre so helpful and worked with us with our phones patiently to get us some great phones and seitch our service. So happy to be with Sprint and keep up the awesome work Kathryn Beavers, Manager Carl Miller and Assistant manager Brad Pye!!! Amazing customer service..they go way more than above and beyond to make their customers happy, thank you so much!!!

Sprint doesnt work well where I am located. I have an unlimited data plan but I mainly use the wifi since that is also very slow. The females there were really sweet and helpful but when I came back, there was one man that was just really rude. The store is nice but Sprint itself is AWFUL!
