Ive been to this store twice now. The staff is horrible. The wait time is horrible and they are not knowledgeable about their products and services. My first visit to this store was to activate my new phone. It took them over an hour to activate this phone. In that time, 3 people walked in after me and walked out before me. The second time I was in this store, it was to get a replacement phone. I walked in on a Tuesday, they told me my phone would be in by Thursday. Phone was not in until Friday afternoon and I had to call them several times before anyone could answer my question as to where my replacement phone was. Needless to say, this store is the absolute worst Sprint location to ever go to. They couldnt transfer my contacts or pictures over to my new phone.

This is the BEST Sprint store!!!! I have NEVER had such GREAT customer service before in my life!!!! They really work with you and try to get you the best items at the best price!!!!! I originally went here to get my son a phone only and after I got his I decided to switch my daughter and my phones from T-Mobile to Sprint!!!! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and will NEVER switch from Sprint to any other carrier!!!! Great job Sprint keep up the GREAT work!!!!

Worst store EVER! Went in to get 2 new lines. Bill was padded with hidden fees that added to hundreds of dollars. Have spent hours dealing with this since November. Still not resolved.. Original bill for 2 lines was $120 in the family plan. Now, with 2 more lines, its $300. WTF...... Look at the reviews before choosing a store. Going to corporate to resolve this now. NEVER AGAIN!

Fantastic experience! Marino and Danny were an absolute pleasure and very helpful. I got a great, and the service was top notch. the same deal and accessories were less here than another Sprint store. They truly look out for the customers. Thank you guys!!

I went in to grab a couple Iphones and change my plan and my experience was just fine. A guy named Ryan Trevino helped me and he was pleasant and fast. Their accessory item options suck though. Unless you like Bling Bling! Otherwise great experience.

I was at this location for a repair and the reps were amazing They were super friendly the technician was Unbelievable, I explained my frustration twards sprint and he was carrying and calm her solved all of my issues. I love this store !!
