A handful of the employees seem nice, but this tiny store is obviously poorly managed. Items are frequently out of stock or expired. I dare you to try their "Customer Service" desk! The other day I bought some flour, I was trying to make it a quick trip. When I came home, I realized it had a giant store sticker on it, saying it cannot be resold, since it was once purchased, brought home, then returned by another shopper. (My wife ended up getting a refund with no trouble, but still) Shame on me for not noticing! I guess I took it for granted that the store would not actually put something like that back on the shelf for sale. Also, at point-of-sale, they try to make it so you must use your bank card as a debit card (with PIN) instead of using it as "credit". Why? What about points/rewards? This Kroger is 3 minutes drive from my house. For sake of convenience, I do shop here, but I know just taking a short extra drive somewhere else is definitely a miles- above better experience.

For the second time in a year, the bakery at this Kroger has failed to prepare a cake for pickup on the requested date. Two bakery staffer were unable to provide an explanation or solution . . . No manager was available to address my issue or several other upset customers looking to pick up cakes this morning. Go elsewhere for cakes.

I came here for their financial services. The day that I got there I was told that they wouldnt be able to do any transactions with me or cash my check because they want to have enough money in the drawers to cash the employees checks that day. For the employees Im sure its great but as for me being a consumer I was not too impressed.

Cashier was very unprofessional and rude I was in express lane fifteen items or less I had eighteen was directed to another lane only two lanes was open I never experienced this before. Cashier in regular lane was very pleasant and professional I left store feeling ok.

This is a great everyday grocery store, that is an alternative to a grocery store like Wal-Mart. One thing that I would say as a negative about Kroger, is that the staff could use a bit more enthusiasm with their customers.

I like this store because it is close to my home, the store is organized which for me means I can make my grocery list accordingly. Parking is available as well as a public restroom.

Dont try for a parking spot up close, my bumper proves that drivers here dont pay much attention The store though is fantastic. Excellent attitudes, really enjoy this store.

Its the closest Kroger to my home. Staff pleasant. But needs a serious upgrade and modernization for this upscale neighborhood. Its insulting to us - store is dingy and old.
