Worst store in the metro area after experiencing tons of trouble with Sprint and having to call corporate for adjustments, I was sent to THIS store from the Ferndale store, Ashley, store associate w/ braces and terrible overdone lace front, who was on Facebook the entire time giving advice over her phone, and hood rat lingo "dey irritatin"..... Marcus an unattractive, unprofessional, unkempt store associate with poor customer service, and Amber the scared associate who may be brand new since she seems unsure of making any decisions w/ any type of finality. All whom seem to unhappy w/ their jobs so they dont ACTUALLY WORK, in fact Amber seemed almost AFRAID TO DO ANY WORK IN FRONT OF THE OTHER TWO ASSOCIATES. Stay away from this store there is only ONE PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE IN THE STORE AND SHE SEEMS TO STAY IN THE BACK AWAY FROM THE RIFF RAFF! Her name is Sonny she is amazing but because shes the ONLY one genuinely working, good luck getting her she will probably already be assisting another customer or two or three. Good job Amber, Ashley, and Marcus for giving Sprint a worse reputation with your foul behaviors, not to worry though Sprint customers I WILL BE CONTACTING THE SM AND GM and CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IS ALREADY ABREAST OF THE SITUATION! If you all are fired next time when you get new jobs ACTUALLY DO THEM, and dont be ghetto and unprofessional, work and learn some customer service skills!

I went there because I was having trouble with my phone. The person I dealt with. I think his name was Sean. He was rude and didnt seem to care. When the young lady who initially helped me was trying to get him to help me he was too busy trying to find his own phone. I was upset because was not receiving texts and as result had just spent an hour driving in bad weather to a non existent meeting. When talking to him he seemed rushed. He gave me some options of what he thought it was like a bad antenna or unavailable cell towers. When I questioned a bad antenna on a new phone his response was well you buy new cars and they break. More alarming than what he said was his demeanor. I will never go to that store again.. I was told to go to corporate stores and to avoid privately owned sprint shops for better service but I have never been treated this was in a privately owned store.

Samsung Note7 Recall I call this store everyday since the email from Samsung/Sprint came to go to my store and replace the device...., everyday, Im told, "we havent received ANY" while on the phone with Sprint Tech Support about another matter, Im told all the stores have received the replacement, so just go to the store and handle todays issue and the recall..... Call my store again, and was told, "we got the replacements last week, and now theyre all gone - we have no idea when well get anymore." This is beyond unprofessional....hell at least take names and numbers and have us come in at an appointed time or something....this store AINT that busy, hell, theyre never busy...so why all the attitude....

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Came in here to purchase an iPhone. After standing around waiting for 15 minutes, no one asked me for any help. Two of the sales reps were sitting in the back pretending to be occupied, never saying it would be a wait or even acknowledging me. After obviously getting frustrated, I left and went to another Sprint Store down Telegraph, was greeted right away and received exceptional customer service. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET ASSISTANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER, DO NOT GO HERE!! They are extremely rude and dont deserve your business!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPRINT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PHONE, THEY HAVE UNFAIR CREDIT MAKING DECISIONS, ASK YOU QUESTIONS , WHEN ALL YOU NEED IS A STATE ID AND SS NUMBER, THE WAY THEY TREATED MY WIFE AND MOTHER IN LAW WAS INSANE, BY THE TIME IT TOOK THEM TO FIND OUT THEY WERE TURNED DOWN, I HAD ALREADY GOT THEM APPROVED AT VERIZON, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!!!! YOU SUCK....
