Ive never experienced such poor customer service. I needed help ordering a dress. The first time I walked in there, there was no greeting. Employees walked right past me. I walked up to the counter, girl sitting there looked at me then looked back at her computer. An employee walked up to counter, then after explaining to her that I needed a certain dress and asked if they did special orders all she did was shake her head and didnt explain anything. After leaving, I called the other store that had the dress and the lady said they can special order it, no problem. I walked back in, again no greeting, I literally had to walk after the Asian girl to get her attention because she walked right past me. I said, "Excuse me." she turned around and gave me this miserable attitude. She didnt ask how she could help or anything. I told her I needed to do a special order she turned around, called her other employee, explained to her, then walked away. Humble yourself. Then the black girl was quietly discussing with the white worker there for about 5 minutes while I waited. Then finally they asked what was it "exactly" that I needed. I explained that I needed a dress to be special ordered, she looked confused and asked what it was for... I told her it was for a bridesmaid and need it in as soon as possible. (by September). She said, "wellll...how soon cause like it can take up to like 10 days.." Its the month of June... use your mind. I thank Jesus He gave me patience that day. I can not put into words these girls faces, uninterested TONE and slowness. When a customer needs something, get on it. They lied about doing special orders and tried everything they could to to avoid it. I waisted my time, waiting for their slow, rude and miserable selves to do nothing but give me a hard time. Manager needs to put these girls in check or better yet get a new staff ASAP. If you hate your job then find another one. I think they all just need Jesus though. That was the poorest customer service ever. Never going back.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I needed a dress that they were out of and asked if they can get it shipped for me from a different store. They told me that they cant do that for me so I called the other store and they told me that it was very possible for them to ship it. So I went back and told them that they could ask for a special order and they all sat there looking dumb, bothered and lazy with so much attitude and still were trying to talk me out of ordering from their own store. They gave me a very hard time and I would never go back again. If I were the manager or owner Id make sure they were taught some customer service skills before putting them out of the floor.

I purchased a dress from windsor. After one wear and one wash, one of the straps was broken on the dress. I called asking about a faulty item exchange policy, and the enployee just said "thats weird" and "we cant help you." Terrible quality product and terrible customer service.
