I am a home owner. I purchased a water heater form sears and paid to have it installed. I paid a premium for the water heater and installation for the assurance from Sears I wouldnt have any probelems with either. Well, first it started the day I purchased the water heater. Being with out hot water for a couple of days and apporaching the weekend we wanted to make sure it could be installed before the weekend. Since the product was in the store they told me that it would be delivered the next day. I said great and paid them for it. After that They told me some one would call and tell me the specific time the installer was going to be there. Well No Call, So I called the next day to find out that Sorry but are installer is busy and it will be probally Monday. I said PROBALLY monday??!!! If i had known this I would have went else were and just installed it myself. It kept getting better from there(sarcasism) but the point is Sears will tell you what ever you want to hear to get your money, they will charge you a premium and deliver a subpar product and service, and if you ever have a problem you better like to wait on hold and be transfered multiple times, waste literally a half of day on hold and being transfered only to be on hold again and in the end I just got what they wanted to give me not what i paid for. Sorry for the length but beware.

DO NOT USE SEARS!!! I rarely complain because I understand the challenges of customer service but, I am so disappointed and have given SEARS numerous opportunities to give me a different experience only to be disappointed again. As I am writing this, I am still waiting for a refund for a dishwasher promised over 2 weeks ago. This is the 3rd dishwasher I have purchased since March 31st. The SEARS installers damaged my new dishwasher along with my cabinet and I had to hire a plumber myself to take it out. KENMORE needs to take notice because I WILL NOT BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN nor, will I recommend them to anyone. I would like to say that the local sales people tried to assist me the best they could and apologized for their "COMPANY."

Where to start. Lack of staff and sure because there is no much customers, I understand! But what I cant understand is what are you "management" going to do to solve this? I think your store location at the mall is weak, since there is no good trafficking to your neighbors stores, and there are vacant stores which also lead to a lack of trafficking, and so on... You can be better. It is been about a year somehow with the same selection. Shoes department is horrible. Contact me if you want a free help! :)

I will never buy another appliance from Sears. My refrigerator is not even paid off yet and the freezer has already gone out. Of course, its no longer covered under warranty. Ive never had a major appliance last such a short time. My advice to people is go somewhere else.

This is the worst store ever, they sell you okd junk, never have supplies for things you purchase there. Terrible customer service ,noone EVER answers the phone including management. Pathetic
