If you have to go into this store dont deal with Thomas! He has lied to my father (a 75 year old man) on multiple occasions, just trying to sell him a new expensive phone. My father was having a hard time turning on his phone (an IPhone 4), so he went to this Sprint store. Thomas told him it was no longer working, wouldnt turn on and he needed a new phone. He tried talking my dad (a retired 75 year old man on a fixed income)into the new I Phone 6! Thank goodness my dad called me first. I even tried talking to Thomas on the phone, explaining to him that my dad had no use for an I phone 6, he needs a simple phone make phone calls with. Thomas wouldnt even listen to me. I told my dad to get his phone and leave the store. I took his "broken" I phone 4 to the canton store and they were able to turn the phone on and operate it, just fine. I did end up getting my dad a new easy to use phone from the Canton store anyway, because my dad had a hard time operating the I phone 4. But at the end of the day, Thomas from Livonia tried taking advantage of my poor father just to sell an expensive phone! I never take the time to write reviews, but I am so disgusted with Thomass sales techniques (or lack there of) that I had to let other people know. I didnt even want to give this store 1 star, but I had to.

I hope everyone reads this, stay away from this store. This store single handle made me switch to verizon. 7 years with sprint gone thanks to these guys. Never again will I go back to sprint as long as this store and the people running it are there. Ive been coming here for years, the old staff was amazing. Nick, Marlin, and Kyle. But now good luck. They are very very rude. Hadeer I believe thats how spell it, Made me feel very nervous. Never want to take 5 mins to help you out. Just wanna hand you a phone and say have a nice day. One person working there tried to sell me some kind of drink. Im like NO THANK YOU! Rap music playing very loud as well. Had my child with me, nice going guys. Do not go here. Looking at the reviews Im not the only one who thinks like this. How can a company Like Sprint let this happen. The funny part was I went in for billing question and one guys took my phone to the back and said he did some kind of software update and If I get a call to give him all 5s. I am so happy I never have to walk into that zoo again.

I walked in to this Sprint store to get an issue with my device resolved. The guy I spoke to took my phone out of my hand without even asking me and then went into the back room with it, coming back a few minutes later asking me if I bought the phone from that store. When I told him that I bought it online and not from a Sprint store, he said I must have bought a phone that wasnt a Sprint phone and that was my problem. After explaining to him that I had service, and calls and data all worked fine, he told me he couldnt help me because I didnt buy the phone from his store. Worst experience Ive ever had with any customer service.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SPRINT STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! the moment i walked through the door the staff was EXTREMELY kind with smiles all around. Knowledgeable and helpful, they went above and beyond for me!! I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!!! The best part of it all, I just had a billing question and ended up upgrading my phone and adding tablet because i just loved the staff so much lol. This is defiantly the sprint TEAM you guys want helping you...from billing questions to product knowledge, this is the store, TRUST ME!! and thank you so much guys for everything.

I have no idea what Linda is talking about. I absolutely love this store with my WHOLE heart. I have been coming here for years. Hadeer and his team are amazing and they will do whatever they have to do to get the JOB done. I am a witness to that. I remember Nick from before Hadeer started managing this store. And to be honest, I was ready to switch to T-mobile. But I came in to cancel and Hadeer is the one who made me stay. He changed my plan, upgraded me and saved me over $70 a month. Who can beat that? I love this store and I love this team! Go team Hadeer!!!!!!!!!

I used to have a different wireless services for years and years, I never thought about switching until the day I stepped in this store, they went all the way up and beyond for me , helped me out with switching to sprint, transferred all my data from my old 5 lines to the new ones, I have 1 stable bill for every month. great people, honest , beautiful team work and amazing customer services. I preferred this store to many people of my friends and family , and they absolutely loved being there.

I am so amazed at the customer service by this location! They are a competent group of individuals that are aware of all promotions, deals and savings and are very eager to assist customers with their personal needs! This is my neighborhood location but even if it wasnt I Would drive any distance just for them to assist me! They make sure I leave satisfied EVERY single time I leave the store! Ive been here a few times to make a payment, but continued to favor my usual store. However, I went recently and Hadeer, the store manager as well as Christian, one of the representatives were really nice. They both gave me exceptional customer service, but Hadeer went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer and that this store would now be my new favorite! The salesmen were very helpful when we purchasing 8 phones but very rude when we decided to return them. Sprints service sucked and we could only get 3G so we went back to TMobile. I even had an issue with an item(Bluetooth Speaker) that I purchased had to give them Hell to fix my issue!! Initially excited about my experience but quickly became disappointed!!

I was in the area and needed to have phone transferred. I blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. I live in Ann Arbor and work in Redford so this place is a bit out of the way for me. But I will be going back next time I need anything for my phones.

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE STORE MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND ONLY WANTS TO RIP YOU OFF AND IS PROBABLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER MET IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD
