This is in an area that has a good selection of shopping, and this store keeps up with its neighbors. This store has everything except the larger furniture department, but even the one thats here is very good. I love that there is a blend of the more specialty items (jalapeño ketchup), school supplies, seasonal, household supplies (laundry, storage, etc), as well as furniture. Easy access from Ford Road or Wayne Road.

Great place. I remember when I was a young child coming here with my dad to get the old "Dr. Dreadful" play sets. They were little packets of food / drink that you mix up with water. Kinda cool as a kid and they were an old memory from my childhood. We would go every week and my dad bought every one of the kits. (There were a lot) Not here often, but a wonderful place to shop.

The customer service is horrible & the store is more often than not in shambles. There is never enough check out lanes open, especially on the weekends. It shows that the employees hate their jobs. Go to the Big Lots on Plymouth & Middlebelt for better service, cleaner store & more options.

Helpful management. Jerry has helped me last two days to get my furniture I wanted and even discounts offered to me. I will be returning. Only Bad is not enough to look through at the time as far as picture frames, and wall decor but Im sure they will be better times to come.

Great place for odds n ends. Make sure to go when they have 20% off. Their rewards card gets you monthly additional discounts. The entrance off of Ford road is kinda of hidden, so if you miss it, just round the corner, and you can enter that way too.

Had issue with end table we bought and they gave us needed parts from the display unit. Doesnt say much about the original packaging and furniture piece we bought, but a lot about how the store tried and succeeded in making it right again. Thanks guys!

this is a great place to go shopping for everyday things you need. i have been shopping at this store for years. i think big lots has some of the best deals on your house hold products. this store tends to always have the things i need in stock.

I went to Big Lots to purchase a few items, like jewelery and sad to say most of the jewelery had pieces missing to where I did not purchase them. Like only one earring, the other missing or a bracelet that was missing some items on it.

Its typical Big Lots atmosphere whereas items are everywhere and its not the cleanest HOWEVER its less traveled by people because of the location so it makes going there "all to the good."

The staff is mediocre at best, store looks sloppy. Neighborhood is slightly sketchy. Plenty of stock on hand. Its a discount store dont go in expecting much and your ok.
