Admittedly we had a less than positive start concerning the service contract that was promised to us by Glenn and his team at the Westland Store. Fortunately, through some persistence on our end, and Glenns follow-through with higher level managers we were able to get the contract details resolved. My advice for all consumers - get your contract agreement "in writing" prior to moving forward.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life (not just from sprint). Chris E. was the salesman and he was obnoxious to every customer that he had. I couldnt believe the things he was saying to me and other customers. I recommend going to any other sprint store, unless you want to get talked to like a 5 year old. I wouldnt even give this one star but its making me.

Wow!! What a Wonderful experience Over The PHONE!!! GREAT customer service. New Manager VERY helpful. Saved me a 45min drive and gave extra info. Did you know inactive phones can still dial Emergency?! Good to know before handing it over to a small child. Either way, good for emergencies to tell your friends also.... pass this on! The place had been broken into the night before I was there, and the alarm system was still beeping intermittently. Just needed to get a SIM card for a new phone, and the staff couldnt do it. Waited at least fifteen minutes before being told they couldnt help us. They directed us to the other Sprint store across the street.

Was made to feel like I was a bother. Was told they could assist in changing my corporate discount and needed to call Sprint directly. So I did not 10 minutes later as to they told me I needed to go to the store I just left because they needed to do it. UGH!

Horrible, they were trying to rush us out because I wanted to upgrade my phone and they acted like they didnt want me to get a new phone or something..?! Always order online- they rip you off big time in store and they waste your time.

CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF THE STORE. SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVES YOU THE WRONG NUMBER. NUMBER IS FOR SOME BOOST MOBILE STORE DOWN THE STREET. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. HOW CAN A BIG COMPANY NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
