Thanks Batool for wasting 3 hours of my day. I came in with my LG V10, she would barely even touch the thing to begin with. After toying with my phone she pushed us to drive 40 minutes away to Livonia to try in get it fixed. She said she guaranteed that I would leave with a working phone. When we got there, the employee named Vincent seemed pissed that she even sent us there without calling. It turns out they dont have any of the new LG devices in. Let alone the V10. Now Im forced to wait for you to mail me a refurb. I can say this is the last time Ill be an AT&T customer. Im tired of only getting a NEW phone for only three months of my contract and have to return it for a used/refurb.

Took my wifes phone in for repair. They didnt fix it. Just turned it on and off. Took it Bach a month later for the same thing, this time made an insurance claim. They were supposed to waive the 45 dollar fee. But of course they didnt and we got charged for it on the next billing cycle. Dont waste your time going to this store.

Horrible service. Tony N sold my husband and phone, I noticed the camera screen was cracked when he got home and he wont help us. They say we have to deal with him because he sold him the phone but hes never there when they say. Everyone just stands around and looks stupid. DONT buy a phone from this store!
