My experience here was great, I had a bent motorcycle key I needed to get a duplicate made. They did not carry the special "Honda Blank" for my 1998 CBR 600 F3. But the staff all tried their best to help me out. I ordered a blank off e-bay and they cut a perfectly matching key and I am so grateful for all the help and support, they went above and beyond to help meet my needs. Its been a long time since Ive seen "real customer service". Thanks again and Ill definitely be back.

The staff at this Ace location is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. When you walk in, you are immediately asked what you are looking for and they will not hesitate to walk you to the isle as opposed to pointing. The managers are doing an amazing job at instilling honesty and integrity into their staff. Had a great and personable experience!

Was blantently lied to about a product they supposedly carried. I asked if they carried something, and was told they do. Turns out the manager that I talked to didnt even bother checking. Instead of him taking a minute to check, he in turn wasted my time when I could have gone somewhere else.
