Got two bikes from these guys. The first was a 99 Honda Goldwing Anniversary Edition form there sister location Integrity Cycles and was a 06 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. Earthquakes have been clean and an excellent shape for their ages and miles. I have worked at another dealership for a short period of time can I can say that their bikes are just as clean as any Harley dealership. Their prices are good. I have yet to deal with their service department however and I am looking forward to having that experience. First bike I got was for my dad the 99 Goldwing at their sister location Integrity Cycles. At the time we wanted a larger bike that go on Long rides but didnt want to pay 20K or more for one. They had several selections of larger bikes including the 99 Goldwing in green for only around 10K. Several years later when I was interested in upgrading my Sportster 1200 again look to Integrity cycles and Cycle Maxx. Where I found an 06 Ultra Classic for only 13 k in my favorite color dragonfly green. This is a hard color to find as it is only done on the 06s. Only problems Ive had with the in the last two years that Ive owned it have been minor issues that come with owning an old bike. I am mechanically inclined so this is not an issue for me. All in all if you are planning on buying a used bike you should realize youre going to have things break on you. New bikes you wont have this problem so if you are not mechanically inclined in any way dont buy used bike. But as for all the rest of you know how to turn a wrench and can use YouTube this is a great place to find a great deal on a good-looking bike that wont go wrong. Yes yall have minor issues of a used bike but thats something youre going to get no matter where you buy a used bike. Note I will be going in today to speak with their service department. So I do plan on updating this and discussing their service department later today. But as far as sales go five star all day long bike selection again 5 stars all day long and Im hoping and looking forward to being able to say that their service department meets up with the rest of them.

These guys sold me an 2009 R6s but my paperwork, registration, their advertisement when in store was it was a 2009 R6 and there is a big difference defiantly when looking for parts. So i was going down interstate 270 and the "slip on" exhaust they had on it came flying off and almost hit my buddy riding behind me. I take it back an tell them and show them the part and the slip on exhaust wasnt even made for the bike so it wasnt screwed on at all. No wonder it fell off. Then i tell them obviously they should replace the exhaust but that I did not want an R6s. They said i could swap the bike out but i would lose the 1k i put down on this bike and have to put 1500 down on the new one. Now after having it for a month Im switching the mirror off to clean it and notice the mirrors were barely attached and are stripped out. Smh. I will never recommend anyone here or go back for my next bike. Unbelievable experience. Update. I was called about this review from the guy who sold me the bike and was basically told I insulted them by giving them a 1 star. Well good. Because i felt insulted by being taken advantage of. They had the opportunity to make things right and they didnt because they wouldnt have made as much commission. I have plenty of biker friends, an a few looking for bikes, saves us one less trip to make now that this place is out of the picture.

1 star, because the people are nice. Dishonest, but nice. We drove 5 hours to pick up a bike, reportedly that was "like new" (extremely minor scuffs on the passenger seat where someone had swung their leg over it, again, reportedly), to find a bike that had corrosion, clear signs of outside storage, and most importantly, had been DROPPED on its right side (scuffs abounded, with one spot the fairing was cracked). I honestly dont think it had even been detailed. Tires wouldnt pass inspection. Coolant was empty in the reservoir. Oil was filthy (sludge-like). Rear brake pad wouldnt pass inspection. Turn signal was shorted-out. No manual, one key only. Had we not travelled so far and put down a deposit (and found out later about the stuff that needed fixed), we wouldve backed out. $800 later, the bike passed inspection, and appears to run well. We were told that they do a 15 or 20 or 1520 point inspection on EVERY used bike they get, but clearly this is BS. Id go into the insanity weve had to deal with on financing and paperwork with them (bike is still not titled or inspected in our home state), but hopefully by now youve decided not to buy and itd be a moot point.

These guys are fantastic. I had no idea what I was looking for in my second bike, other than I wanted to go on longer rides, but I had no frame of reference for what I was looking for, i.e. a cruiser, sport tourer, adventure, etc. Their sales team helped me immensely by listening to what I liked and disliked about my current bike and helping me look at bikes I never would have originally thought about. They took the time to talk me through what I liked and didnt like and called me when they got things in I might like. Ultimately, they helped me figure out the perfect bike by showing me cruisers, sport bikes and tourers and l love the bike I ended up with, which I would have never found had I not talked to Motorcycle Maxx!!!

I was approved through Harley for a new 2017 Heritage Softtail Classic but didnt want the large monthly payment. A friend suggested Motorcycle Maxx. I found a good selection of bikes and they had a nice 2011 Heritage Softtail Classic. I filled out a credit app on there website on a Monday night. I checked my phone all day Tuesday to see if they left a message or an email and nothing. I left a message about it as soon as I got off work at 4 pm Tuesday. At 6:55 PM I got an email from Tom stating they cant help me at this time. My opinion is if I didnt email they wouldnt have done anything. Looks like Im getting the 2017 through Harley Davidson. Maybe you should try someone other than Marine One.

Service seemed sketchy and dishonest, the bike I bought was listed under "private owner" rather than a dealership and all my communication (texting) with the salesmen on getting the title was all over the place as it sounded like he was still acting like a private owner. Anyways, have to rate 4 stars because the bike was such a good deal. I got it for a couple hundred dollars less than it was worth (even after all the taxes) which was surprising from a dealership. I have had it for a year and a half now and it has been a good bike.

I have been there two times since grand opening and the few people that I talked to were really rude. A few days ago I called and spoke to someone from parts dept. I asked about a simple 2-pin connector rated for foul weather... the guy suggested that I go to "Radio Shack"... O.o Anyways, I ordered what I needed from Jegs out here in Delaware. I may stop by and ask if they have fuel line but most likely I will be asked to buy it from Dairy Queen. If you are not buying a ride from them, dont expect courtesy.
