Incredibly rude sales staff for the motorcycles. I went in to look at bikes at several places, but this was by far the worst experience. I saw two people on the sales staff working and no one even said hello to me. I had to approach someone in their office just to ask a question about a bike I couldnt find on the floor. He told me it hasnt been detailed or fixed so we couldnt look at it. I asked about two other bikes which happened to be 10 feet from his office door and he just said "yeah, theyre over there somewhere" and pointed. He then went back to playing on his cell phone immediately. I was with my buddy and I looked at him oddly and he just shook his head. I went over to the other two bikes and they looked nice, but after talking with my friend we just left. Incredibly rude, and obviously doesnt know what it means to be a salesman. I will never go back and look at their motorcycles for sale. However, their sales staff for accessories, etc have always been great to me. So I may go back for their superstore. I definitely left that day with a foul taste in my mouth for the place. The sales folks at this place definitely need to learn some manners and be serious about their potential customers. Especially cash customers. I drove 2 hours away to purchase a motorcycle from a different dealer. Im very happy with my purchase at this time.

I saw a bike that i liked online and called the sales department. Got a guy named Jeff that was doing a great job. I went and got my own financing. Then called him with all the information about my loan and who to send all the paper work to. And then later the finance officer called me and told me that they sent the paper work and what to do after i got the check or paper work to finalize the process. Then i got a call from jeff today saying that they had sold the bike. and when I asked how could happen. He said that i didnt put a deposit (and i wasnt asked to) or give him a letter of intent. And he said that he didnt sell it that someone else did. And i told him you might not have sold it but you didnt do anything to make sure it was held for me since i already inquired and was going through all the paperwork. So im very disappointed in the way it all was handled and i will never buy a single product from them for they dont have enough respect for people or the process.

Ive been casually shopping for another bike for over a year. Although most of the salespeople seem reasonably friendly, every time Im in Pony Powersports I somehow have the misfortune of interacting with one particular salesman who argues with me about modifications on the bike I currently ride. The last time I felt obliged to engage with him, he repeatedly told me that it is impossible to install a lowering link, but Ive been riding my bike with a link for two years. My bike was sitting outside with my friends, which he looked at, so Im sure he could have looked at the shock to confirm my story. The three or four times Ive interacted with him he has been lukewarm at best, but this time I had to walk away because he wouldnt lay off, even though I tried to steer the conversation to other aspects of the bike. He is gruff and argumentative, and sales is definitely not the trade for him. I walked away from the bike.

Had 3 decent services done here until the 4th. I dropped my bike off on Wednesday for my 8k service, it did not go well. Their service rate is really high (105 per hour). I was told they had the plugs to do the spark plug replacement. I called them a day later to check on the status of the service. They said it was complete but they didnt have the spark plugs and that Id have to wait until Monday for those to come in, so it really wasnt complete. During the call the tech went over the items theyd finished and I discovered theyd put the wrong oil in it even though Id had the bike serviced there several times before. They called on Saturday stating the work was complete and ready for pick up. Im not fully convinced that they replaced the plugs, though maybe it is because there are a couple new scratches on my right tank panel. I wont be returning for further service.

My son and I went in to buy a rzr 170. The sales person showed us the bike I asked what year it was as it had no sales tag with the year. He told me it was a 2015. We purchased the 170. When we came to pick it up the 170 it now had a tag saying sold 2015 rzr. We load it up get ithe home my son asked why the key tag says 2014? I look and sure enough its a 2014. Pony power sports would not work with me on returning it for a 15 model. The 14 is carbureted and the 15 is fuel injected TurnKey and go. Needless to say I will not step foot in Iron Pony again! I have been going there since I was a little boy 5 years old when they were the little shop caddy corner from where theyre at now. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I thought for sure they would make it right! Go somewhere else give a small dealer a chance. Buyers beware!

I would rank this place - 5 stars if available, I called pony power sports on a bike and let them know I was interested in it it cost over 9500 dollars I had 4000 down it was a 3 hr drive for me being from Kentucky I let the sales guy I was talking to on the phone know that I would buy the bike for what they wanted tax, title, license out the door and he said ok, so I drove the 3 hrs picked up the bike 3 months later I cant get tags on the bike because they did not pay sells tax. I have to pay 650 dollars to get tags really that was suppose to be covered Im not doing it. it can sit in my garage Kelly Blue Book is only 8000 on the bike why in the hell would I give you 9800 and still have to pay these fees???? BEWARE KENTUCKY THEY WILL SCAM YOU !

Wide selection of bikes, though my last experience there was very poor. Came in on a Saturday and found a used bike I really liked. Waited long time for an available salesperson, no luck. Came back early Sunday morning. Spoke with sales person who could not answer simple questions I had about the bike. He said someone would call me back later that day, which did not happen. Theres more but long story short I wanted my questions answered and a test ride before putting any money down on the bike. Eventually got test ride scheduled but then someone else bought the bike out from under me. Thoroughly disappointed.

Sales staff was pretty friendly and easy to work with. Wasnt the fastest process but at least it was smooth. My biggest complaint is that this was my first bike so I asked before I bought it if theyd help me load it onto a truck, which they agreed to, and then once the money changed hands everyone disappeared. I understand that loading bikes isnt their job but if they werent going to do it, they should have just said so. Id buy from them again, if the price was right, and Id recommend you give them a chance if your in the market.
