Absolutely horrible! Brandon the Mgr. was suppose to call me back after viewing tapes in regards to a missing payment that was taken at this store! Called last Thursday and it is NOW tuesday still nothing! Trying to call the store all day NO ONE is picking up! Absolutely horrible customer service! Does anyone know how to reach the DM of this "preferred" retail. Pshhhh...... what a shame!

Always seem to conveniently not tell you all the charges that will be applied to a device until after you get your monthly statement and are on the hook for owing more money. Very shady. Feels like youre buying a used car at a discount lot.
