If I could give zero stars to this store I would. I have two separate big issues with this store. Last fall, I got a new phone and the free tablet that came with it. Because Im on my boyfriends account, they let me take the phone with me, but my boyfriend had to physically come into the store to pick up the tablet which seemed odd. I told the salesperson that he couldnt pick it up until the following weekend. They said that was fine. We picked up the tablet the following Sunday. It completely stopped working a week later. When I took it back to the store the next day they told me that my 14 day window had expired and that I would have to ship it back to the manufacturer. I explained that I had only picked it up a week before. I was leaving that day to go out of town for work. They wanted to see if they could get the tablet to work so I left it with them. When I got back into town, I went to pick up the tablet and they couldnt find it. After several calls to the manager, Kyle, he finally returned my call. He told me when he would be in and that he would give me a new tablet. I came in when he said and he wasnt there. The salesperson told me he said I would have to ship it back to the manufacturer once they found it. I told him that was not what Kyle said on the phone. I tried calling Kyle several more times and he never returned my call. So here I was still paying for a tablet that was not even in my possession. After about a month and a half of this nonsense, I called AT&T directly to complain. The lady on the phone could see that I hadnt used any data since I returned the tablet so she took the whole transaction off my account. It only took her a few minutes to straighten everything out. I should have learned from that, but when my daughter needed a new phone, they were the closest store. She was also offered a new tablet. I had told the salesperson my story and he offered me a second free tablet and said he could make adjustments to my bill so that I was paying the same amount even with the data charges that came with the two tablets. The next day my ex-husband called me because there were changes on his account which still lists my phone number as the account login. Since that time, my bill has been consistently $50 more a month and the only thing I can guess is that they lowered my ex-husbands bill instead of mine.

This store is a joke! Ive never had more trouble with just upgrading a phone in my life. Ever since they revamped this store it has been awful and the people working there are so lazy and unmotivated that its almost laughable. The sales guy lied to me repeatedly. He promised me he would call me to update the issue with upgrading my phone and for 3 consecutive days I had to call there and ask for him just to be told the system is still down and he promises he will call me the next day. Finally on the third day when he once again did not call me as promised, he refused to even take my call and made the guy who answered the phone tell me to just call customer service. Funny how he had no trouble taking my money for the upgrade but left me walking out with no phone and no answers and then once they have my money they dont have time to talk to me or try to resolve the issues. Come to find out when I did call customer service they told me his stories about their system being "down for 3 days" was a total LIE! He just didnt know what he was doing and lied about it! I handled my phone problem in 5 minutes on the phone and online. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

No help after bill came back incorrect. Went into the store to get face to face help. Spent over an hour trying to figure out how to fix bill and they could not fix the problem that day. They said that they would call the following day, which never happened. I had to call 2 days later, and no one remembered the issues and the manager claimed he never got the message to review my account. The manager then said he would review the account and get back to me by next business day. Of course, this did not happen. I can the following day. When asked who I was on the phone, the manager was all of a sudden busy with a customer. Waited a2 more days and the manager answered. He finally helped with one issue. It was resolved 2 days later. But then there were problems with the ATT gift cards....wrote and email, and to thus day, no response. All they care about is the sale THAT DAY......once you leave the store, you are on your own.

1st thing I switched from Verizon to at&t I went to the store when I wanted to switch but they told me it was going to cost me $300 to switch I went to radio shack in lake orion and I they sold me a phone and contract for $50... so I dont see why they an at&t store couldnt but radio shack could....doest make sence. 2nd today I came into the store and the lady who servied me was not pleasent at all she actually was very rude and seemee like she was not knowledgeable in my phone which is a Samsung s4. She kept telling me my issues stemed from apps I had downloaded, the problem is the apps she was referring to were apps that come pre installed and you cant get rid of them. She then tried to prove me wrong when I told her they were factor. So she tried to unistall one of the apps and she could so she got up set and she told me to call at&t customer service

This location is not a corporate store. BEWARE! My son purchased a new phone here, but we already had a family plan. It was simply upgrading one phone and paying for it in full. Brian (the manager) helped us, but signed us up, without consent, for insurance on my sons phone as well as on the rest of the lines. So basically changed our coverage and bill without us knowing. When we got the charges, we went there to have them removed, but they cant remove the charges there, so it cost me the time I spent there and being pawned off on 3 people plus the next day sitting on the phone with ATT. SHADY DEALINGS at this store!

HUGE Thank You to Myles & Zac, especially Myles....Spent 2 days at this store because my daughter shattered her phone & then it froze up...1st day he recommends where to go to fix it (att&t coverage plan wouldnt) 2nd day after phone was fixed it locked her out..ugh...to a 16yr old this is life ending situation...Myles spent over 2 hours to help her get her phone working again! Went above & beyond...We greatly appreciate all his time & effort to get her phone working again!! Great to know they have knowledgeable people working at this store again (1 year ago they didnt) Thank you Myles!!!!
