My experience here was all. We made the change from Verizon to sprint. There was literally 3 phones to choose from: iPhone, galaxy s6, and the galaxy s7. Whenever I asked the gentlemen helping us (I believe his name was Aiden?) Questions about the phones, he kept telling me to trust him and to get the galaxy s7 but he couldnt give me any legitimate and detailed reasons as to why. Left with terrible 2nd options, I went with the s7 which at the time didnt come out for 2 more days. I was doubtful about getting it because when it came out it was friday and I had to work at 10:45 and they open at 10 and its a 30 min drive. He told me to come at 9:30-9:45 because he would come early to help get me out of there on time. So I did, and I waited and waited, he showed up at 10 on the dot. So I got there early for no reason, it then took over an hour to get me out of there, when he repeatedly told me it would take "20 mins tops" so clearly I was quite late for work. He also told me that my galaxy s7 came with the new goggles and after I got the phone he said it would take about a week or so for them to come in the mail. Its been about a month since then and I have still yet to receive them so I called up there and spoke to a very unpleasant young lady about it who informed me that that isnt how it works. That I have to go "on the website and register for them" so Im asking her what website? How do I register? What do I need to do so? She wasnt not very knowledgeable or informed about anything. This sprint store is awful, the people that work there have no idea what theyre even selling. Typical sales people that will yell you anything to want to hear to make a sale, unlike those at t-mobile and Verizon who actually make you a priority and want to find you the find phone and plan that suits you. When this contract is up I will not be renewing. Sprint is awful as service, and even worse with customer care.

They sold me a charger without the part that plugs into the wall. It wouldnt charge my phone, although the charging icon was on the screen. I went to apple and bought a longer cord for the same price ($30) and it worked great! I took the charger and my receipt to the store to get a refund and they wouldnt give me a refund! There is not return/refund policy posted ANYWHERE in the store nor is there anything but the payment method and purchase price on the receipt. I will NEVER go back to this dishonest store. Also BEWARE of "Authorized dealers" they arent really a sprint store but just someone who is authorized to sell sprint service and products.

Pros: 1. Clean parking lot & Store. 2. Service Rep says hello when you come in the store. Okay so now thats out of the way. CONS: 1. I had a few questions relating to store (Corp or Retail) and Iphone 7 + leasing prices. I recieved brushed off answers followed by an urgency to get my account information. [Kinda like yeah yeah dont ask me any questions just give me your info and tell me what you want so I can be done with you.] MAJOR CON: Service Rep was chewing and spitting out tobacco while assisting me. YES!! Thats what I thought too, "Is he... Ewwww". Needless to say I left and went to another Sprint store and received A+ service.

Very upset we had a error mistake with our bill and its very rare for that to happen a guy said and it happened to us and also one guy gave us the wrong amount our bill would cost and I was bringing up a topic and he kept changing the topic and its a very serious topic but NO he wont help he does not care about it very upset calling the 1800 number and complaining

The sprint store in Farmington hills is the best store I have ever visited. Dylan was so professional and very helpful. We are a business customer and we make the drive because of Dylans customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone!!! NNDJ inc.
