Had to cancel the transfer of my service from another carrier due to exceptionally high deposit for new phone. Figured I would gp back in a few weeks when I had the appropriate funds. In thr meantime, I needed the number ported back to original carrier and was told by guy in store he would take care of it and also cancel any AT&T service. Went back 3 days later when number still wasnt ported back and, after waiting over an hour while he helped another customer, he informed me that I would have to do thr leg work, even though he said he would, and even acknowledged that he had said he would. After over an hour on hold and two hang ups later from AT&Ts porting department I decidex to just let them keep the number. Thry will never get my business. This store is also painfully understaffed and may not even be open id you arrive in the morning. Oh, I also have DirecTV and was going to order internet from AT&T as well. Thry get nothing and Im cancelling my DirecTV when I move next month. Hope they feel their laziness and lack of customer care is worth thr loss of business.

Ive had average to good experience before. However, today I spent an hour and ten minutes doing a simple phone upgrade. I was the ONLY customer in the store. At first I thought the dude was just chill. As time went on, I seriously think he was stoned. 70 minutes to do what another store did in 7. Im in the process of contacting the store owner and will be calling ATT to verify everything was done correctly.

Worst customer service ever. If you are going to be open on the weekends, how about having more than 1 employee working, or at least a place for those who have to wait for an hour a place to sit? This store sucks the life right out of you. I would rather drive to Columbus than deal with these ninnies.
