On a sunday I bought some wine and their bagger boy forgot to put it in our cart. I guess this is my job to make sure all my items are with me. I wasnt going to drive up there to get the bottle so I went the next day to get it. When i told the manager they said they couldnt just give me a bottle so i had to buy it which she gave me a gift card well when they scanned it wasnt on sale so now im paying twice for a bottle of wine I already paid for. She finally gave me another gift card but i still had to pay an additional 86 cents. #2 I bought horizons organic half and half for 3.29 after leaving went to target for additional shopping and found that they had the same cream for 2.29. I drove back to kroger to return it to be informed that their service desk closes at 10pm it was 1030pm. The store closes at 12am not sure how this works. #3 the deli department is the worst, every time i go to get luch meat the line is ridiculous! I pull a number go complete all my other shopping and come back still waiting.... i keep requesting the meat the once carried, Bores head all natural lemon and herb turkey breast!! Do you think they are going to bring this in? Hell no! this kroger is crap

Its Kroger. Its a chain grocery store in the suburbs. No surprises hear really. Generally, they have good produce and a decent deli and bakery at this location. Its my choice grocery store to choose from when I need to go to one. If youre willing to take the time and incorporate their iPhone or Android App, which is actually a fantastic app, into your shopping experience and utilize their Plus Card deals, you should be able to save at least 20%. They also have a large, clean and seldom busy bottle return area with handwash sink. The positives end there and the negatives start...and end at their Customer Service. The one reason I dont like going here is having to deal with their employees. While not always, but more often than not, the deli employees are rude. The proctor at the self checkout, who seems to always be there, is just downright mean.

I moved to the area 3 years ago. The first year I went to this Krogers, I thought it was a good store, but over time, Ive noticed many things have gone down hill; 1) Many items are always either very low in selection are out of stock, 2) Many shelves are a mess, 3) The entrance of the store where the carts are is dirty, 4) Most of the carts are spilling over in the parking lot, 5) Many of the staff on the floor are not friendly, especially in the milk, bread and egg area. 6) The produce isnt the freshest. On a lighter note though, most of the cashiers are very nice. The Manager of this store really needs to step it up a few notches. I will need to find another store because Im tired of being aggravated at this one.

My family gets our groceries from here often. Since converting from Farmer Jack, the store has received a colorful face-lift on the inside, and they sell a wide variety of products beyond the traditional grocery fare (i.e. magazines, books, medication, etc.). Weve almost always been satisfied with the service, in which checkout lines do not take very long and there is a wide variety of staff on hand to assist customers (bakery, deli, sushi bar, etc.). My family enjoys Kroger stores very much and I know that well be back here very soon.

This is one of the best Kroger locations in the Metro Area. It is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. It also has one of the best prepared food sections I have ever seen at a grocery store. I could not in all honesty say that someone should go get prepared food every night for dinner but if I did getting it from this location would be recommendation. I am very impressed with their prepared foods section. I am surprised that other Kroger locations dont have as nice a section as this one.

Majority of Kroger in this area have very poor customer service. This one is no exception. Unhelpful associates, sale items often dont ring up correctly and the cashiers are never helpful to correct the mistake, long lines to registers. The saving grace of this place is that it is very clean, it has a wide assortment of merchandise and good produce section.

This one doesnt carry the cereal that I like (Back to Nature or Stoneground Flakes) as other Krogers. Deli meats are spread out in various places. One end cap display of deli meat was empty; makes me wonder what I was missing. Went to a different Kroger for stuff I couldnt find. Wont be back.

Out of all the Krogers in the area this is the nicest one. They have a wide selection of food and organic food. Just be warned their pharmacy selection is a little small. It has the basics but dont expect to find a not well known over the counter medication here.

Ive been shopping at this Krogers for 10 years and also worked here for 3 days. This store has great customer service and a large variety ethnic foods. Usually I can find exactly what Im loooking for.

Never come here during peak times as everything is out of stock. Actually just dont go to this location at all. Even during the middle of the week during work out their stock is absolutely horrible.

Kroger itself is well laid out and has a variety of food / dietary items. Reason for 4 star rating: The parking lot can be busy during big shopping times due to holidays and adjacent stores.

Newspapers and other trash strewn across the parking lot.Please be good neighbors and instruct your cart wranglers to pick up so trash doesnt fly away.

This Kroger store has a wide selection of international products alongside the garden variety local brands. A great one-stop shopping place.
