I came here one day at the king of Prussia, PA location and we had a terrible experience. I will, never again go to the Lush at this location and believe the customer service is terrible--we have called corporate & told them so. I came armed with a lot of money in my wallet, and planning on spending a lot on soaps and bath bombs. I came with two other people, who were planning on buying small items before going into the store. We entered the store and they had big buckets of water set up near all the displays, and a lady next to us had dropped a bath bomb into the water. Well common sense--a big empty bucket of water just sitting there next to the display. I immediately thought oh okay its there incase we want to try something before we buy. And I put a bath bomb in. The rudest employee ever with blue hair came over and screamed at us. He asked us to leave the store. I told him "can I please just buy my stuff and then leave, if you want you can take it to the register" (The way he talked it was like we were planning on stealing, I was planning on spending a lot of money, and truly, just wanted my stuff.) and he said no you need to leave now give me all your stuff. I was floored. It is so misleading and aside from that, fine, if you believe someone is misusing something and you are POed, but to turn down paying customers and tell them that they cannot buy the stuff thats in their hands and then take it from them and usher them out--what a terrible employee. It really put a bad taste in my mouth for LUSH, and now I will only buy online. As a matter of fact, after that experience I went on LUSH online and ordered a bunch of products, but never again will I buy in store from them. And I dont know if their dumb or what, but how misleading to put big empty buckets of water right next to bath and body displays--any person that walks in is going to think oh okay its a tester, we can try it once before we buy. But seriously, I have never been yelled at so harshly before by any retail employee---I worked in customer service for years and would never talk to someone that way. If this was an employee, he should be terminated. If this was a manager, he still should be terminated. We did call corporate and spoke to a nice lady. But now when anyone mentions LUSH, we just mention our experience...and we spread the word. For the way they treated us, this store location does not deserve any good reviews.

My family and I are regulars at both the Lush in Christiana Mall and the Lush in Atlantic City. We always spend a ton of money and constantly rave about the atmosphere to our friends. Yesterday I visited the Lush in King of Prussia Mall, when I walked in no one greeted me, instead an employee just stared at me looking at some prouducts. When I asked her for some help picking a toner she told said "you need to wait". I was so confused because Ive never had a lush experience like this and she was not even helping another customer. I decided to just pitch what I already had in my hands and leave. When I was getting rang up I kindly asked for some samples because how else will I know if something will work for me? She told me she could not give me a sample of the soap I wanted to try, yet Ive got soap samples multiple times! I told her that I come to Lush frequently and I know she can give me a sample but she repeatedly said no and I did not feel like arguing with her. I listed three other samples I wanted and stepped to the side to wait for them. I waited for a total of 20 minutes before I got my sample and there was 3 workers in the store and 2 customers in the store including myself! She took 10 minutes to assist a coworker with helping another customer then went in the back for another 10 minutes. It got to the point where I asked a male Lush coworker to help me out and he got the samples and apologized. Before I could take two steps towards the door she yells "just so you know for next time you can not and we will not give you that many samples", and her and her coworkers just laughed as I walked away. I brought 5 products in all and would have bought more if everyone was not soo rude! I will never come to this Lush again!

I dont come often because I live an hour away, but this is def. my favorite store! I just love seeing all their fresh products, and I think the staffs great. I like how the staff can pretty much dress the way they want. I also love the stores values and their mission. All staff I have met have all been very friendly and open at this store. I remember one time I had fuzzies on my pants, specifically my bum, and a lush employee pointed it out very politely. I also really liked that at this Lush store they let me return an item. Specifically my used, chopped up, henna. I dread returning things, but they were very polite about it & it was a great experience. I will always will be a loyal customer to this Lush store and the company! ......I only wish it wasnt so popular on the weekends and evenings! It gets packed sometimes! Especially with the hoards of teens crowding areas of the store who like to look and not buy anything. Its hard to squeeze around them and look at products. Im sure it must be frustrating at times for lush employees..Its especially crowded during the holidays. I always plan accordingly and come in the mornings or afternoons. Its way more calming and staff are more personable. I also always write down exactly what I want because you can get distracted easily in this store with all their amazing products. Even with a list; I always buy something unplanned..which is just magical! XOXO

I have come here several times and always enjoyed my experiences (the first time, everyone complimented me, my makeup, what I was wearing, and I made fast friends with the cashier, and everyone has always been eager and kind) However, today my friend and I went in to an empty store, planning on buying a very specific item and browsing a little bit, since I knew they just got a shipment in. I am typically understanding of retail situations since I worked in the field before, but I found myself feeling a bit pressured and unwanted in the store by one of the employees. She followed me and my friend around continuously, reprimanded me several times for opening and smelling products I was buying, and even made me not open one. Even when other customers were in there, it seems like she singled us out. It seemed very stiff and uncomfortable, not what I was used to at all. I am a bit apprehensive to go back in again, at least when she is there, for simply enjoying and observing their line of products.

Ive had a few good times in Lush at KOP..... Today was different as I waited patiently for another customer who was speaking with an employee to finish up being helped so that I could be helped with something also. Got no greeting when I came in, and literally had an employee come straight up to my face, with me waiting clearly looking confused and waiting for help, and she turned around and ran into the back without a word. I felt super awkward, and my time in there was way longer and more push and shove through the line than anything... Didnt seem as caring or kind as I remember :(
