This Sephora location is almost always busy so trying to find someone to help you can be challenging. Especially if you have questions about new products youre looking to either try or purchase. The upside of this though is that when you do get someone to assist you, they are usually always super sweet, helpful, and informative. I would like to especially shout out Heather (with the long brown hair) for being the sweetest, most knowledgable sales associate working at this location! She helped me with everything I needed to get that day. Every item I purchased ended up being great due to her on point recommendations. I always ask to work with her when I am there ☺️ Great job, Heather!

Katrina was very helpful. She asked me if I had any questions about a product I was looking at and even offered to match it to my skin for me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She recommended a product for me to use with my make up forever HD foundation, which I purchased and it is everything she said it would be and more! She was awesome! I ended up spending over 150$ but it was all well worth it! Will be back just for her! Also at the counter they took my birth date and gave me a free birthday gift even though my birthday was a few days prior to my visit!

I went into Sephora in desperate need of some skincare and make up help. Kelly, who works in the skincare area (used to consult for Aveda and now Ren) was AMAZING! She was honest and went above and beyond to give me tips and pointers and gave me recommendations for what is going to be best for my face . She also helped me pick out some Bobbi makeup since I needed to make a change with that as well. Even though thats not her section she took the time to help a girl out :) thanks Kelly youre awesome! -Amanda ( the 5.25 ;) )

I made an appointment to get my make up done at this Sephora location, and Mel B was my artist - she was AMAZING. She did exactly what I had hoped for and more. I never felt more confident during my night out. I would absolutely recommend this location; all of the staff was constantly walking by and complimenting what a great job she was doing. and I felt like a million dollars when I walked out. Thank you Mel! I hope you see this because you really helped make my night unforgettable :)

I love love love this Sephora! Not only does it have a ton of makeup and brands, the sales associates are very helpful. They can match you and recommend the right shades and formulas that are best for you. Plus, the associates are a ton of fun, so it makes the entire shopping experience much more than just a regular trip o the mall.

Terrible service. I went in there with my mother & literally no one came to assist us. All the girls were talking to themselves. Nobody helped at all, it was ridiculous.
